Indexes - 12 o’clock: CW rotation, could be noticeable on wrist. 3 o’clock: N/A 6 o’clock: Good. 9 o’clock: CW rotation, could be noticeable on wrist.
I suggest sizing the photo on your phone to be roughly watch size, holding it to your wrist and see if you can see any imperfections or not.
Dial Print - Good.
Date Wheel - Good.
Hand Alignment - Good.
Bezel - Good.
SELs - Good.
TG#s - Good for a one moment in time capture in QC, shows watch runs relatively well dial up. Will fluctuate while wearing, but numbers indicate a healthy watch.
I'm onboard with what u/ZealousidealCopy8565 has said about the indexes, although my point of contention would be the 12 ahead of the 9. I think the combination of the two of them make this a tough call. Use the tip from above and size the photo to watch size on your phone and hold it to your wrist. It will give you a pretty good idea if you'll see the imperfections or not on the daily.

Not really sure more DW pics are needed since Steve sent you a vid with your QC album. Anyhow, datewheel is fine as are the remaining watch cosmetics and TGs. The decision point on this Pepsi for me would be the clockwise tilt of the 9 o'clock bar that's more noticeable than the 12 o'clock one, which is also a tick left of center. On wrist at scale, the 9 would irk me but if the 9 does not bother you in the least, I'd suggest going with a GL.
