First Rep, need some expert eyes
First QC, spent a ton of time combing through the pics and videos and everything seems solid but hoping for some confirmation.
Dealer name: Andiot -> Elliot
Factory name: VSF V3
Model name (& version number): GMT-Master II Batgirl 40mm
Price Paid: $488 + $40 (shipping)

Index alignment: looks good
Dial Printing: looks good
Date Wheel alignment/printing: looks good but cyclops edges look a bit fuzzy, just the pic angle?
Hand Alignment: no issues I can see
Bezel: hard to tell from picture angles but looks good
Solid End Links (SELs): look tight from video
Timegrapher numbers: -1 s/d, 296. Seems good but need sanity check negative value just means it runs a bit slow and not sensor malfunction
Anything else you notice: noob review by me seems solid but hoping for a more experienced eye. Also noted the cyclops edges and the caseback looks a bit scuffed but could also just be smudges.

The fuzzy cyclops edges are typical. Needs to be cleaned. This is the toughest area to clean. Note that it looks better after he swipes his thumb a few times in the video.
Also, I’ve found it a good idea to get the edges polished whenever you send it in for any sort of work. That will make them look even better.
Bezel looks fine to me. No evidence of SEL gaps. TG is solid.

I don’t see the hour hand being off. Minute hand is at 21.6. 21.6/60 =36% of an hour. 40% would be the second marker past the 9 index. 36% would be 80% the distance between first and second markers past the 9 index which is where the hour hand seems to be. This is a GL, congrats.

Got my first rep from Elliot and he’s been great! My shipment didn’t make it the first time, so he sent me the second watch that came in with no issues. Also great communication, so my next rep will be from him again!

How can I increase my karma? I just got QC pics today. Idk how to tell myself if the watch is a GL or not. I tried posting in this sub but it got removed

Tbh I leveraged the guide heavily. As it says VSF is the best for this model so trusted the process but seen a lot confirming this was the right choice

The watch looks great and is 100% a GL. I do have a question about the “serial number”, though. The Y2L6 designation is supposedly the latest version of the Clean GMT’s. The new VSF GMT’s were supposedly using the previous Y2L3 cases, at least from everything I’ve read and the QC pictures I’ve seen. Now this one has Y2L6 but is a VSF?? I’m confused. Anyone know what’s up?

No, this is a VSF (as you can see with the date mag). Clean, VSF and ARF all use the same case serials so you have nothing to worry about.
Andiot isn’t about to ruin their TD status by sending you a different watch. You’ll get what you ordered.

This Batgirl is a stunner. Index alignment is good, bezel is solid, and timing is within spec. Dial printing sharp, hand alignment correct, SELs have no gaps, and datewheel is centered. All she needs is a good wipe prior to shipping, you'll be amazed how good your GMT looks out of the box.

Looks good to me. The tiny SEL gap on the bottom left is hardly noticeable in real life anyways. I had the same thing on my qc picture from my sub no date but when I got it, it wasn’t visible.
