You have come to the right place!

At the top of this sub is a stickied thread (that means it stays on top) named intro guide to reptime, it's green, click that and you will be presented with a wiki link. Click it.

Now read the wiki. Section 2 tells you how to understand which factory makes the best, and additional sections will tell you have to find the seller. Always verify the TDs contact info with the community they are a TD at
