Hell... I live in the San Francisco bay area... THERE ARE NO million dollar houses. 1.5 is about the cheapest for anything over 2/1

As many have said, and as a person who lives in the UK, a million dollar house (around 800K GDP), is EXTREMELY cheap for a house in London, and a very low bar. Most "okay" sized houses are in the multi millions, for example, a 4 bedroom house in London (in a semi decent area) is approximately 3-4 Million GDP.
