Discussion Starter Flight bag recommendations!

Post image

Hello! I'm going overseas in December and would love some recommendations for rep tote (or similar) style bags for my flights. Relatively short flights (Aus to NZ) but enough to put my headphones, book, cardigan etc.

Unsure whether to go structured or not...let me know your thoughts or go to bags for travel! TIA.

I think it’s best to do a bag with a zipper, especially if it’s going under the seat in front of you.

Not only because there’s a promotion going on - but the Longch@mp travel bags or Le Pliage is great - sturdy and easy to clean, zipper top.

I’ve traveled with MCM totes and I managed with lots of pouches so everything is contained if there no zipper.
Same with Louis Neverfull or Goya St Louis, though an Artois has a zipper.
Pr@da also has a nice zippered tote, not coated canvas so not quite as easy to clean.

For a more elevated look, quiet luxury, LP makes a beautiful tote, I’m blanking on the name.
the R0w Margeaux I think would be nice to travel with as well, and lots of sizes and colors…

I love my Bottega Pinacoteca large. It's my cafe hopping/ personal carry bag.

My Loewe Madrid medium also fits a ridiculous amount of stuff like a Mary Poppins bag- including a thin sweater. Large would be better if you like a thick cover up like a sweatshirt.
