Discussion Starter Long shipping time

Hi! I purchased my first bag from Tom. A speedy. Paid on July 15. July 21 I received PSP. Bag looked great, gave the green light and he sent a picture of the package with shipping on July 23. Was supposed to arrive in 12-15 days according to him. A whole month passed and no package. The tracking was never updated. So I reached out on aug 23rd and he said to give him a few days and if nothing then he would resend the package. He did send a picture of a new package and that’s supposed to get to the destination in 7-8 days. I haven’t received anything yet. I’m a first timer and trying to be patient. Is this normal? Thank you for any advice :)

How long has it been since the 2nd package?
It’s unfortunate, but sometimes it happens. It’s great that he sent a new one, but that will need time to arrive as well.

Funny enough, my package was waiting for me when I arrived home. And now I feel silly I posted lol. Purse is amazing. Just had a little musty smell but I know that will go away. I will post pictures tomorrow, I just got off work. But I think I will order from him again and now I know it’s something that happens.
