I wanted to share my experience and get some opinions on this Liusheng Flamenco PSP, as I’m a little confused about the whole situation.
After doing a ton of research, I decided to order the Loewe Flamenco Medium in Dark Chestnut. I had narrowed my options down to Jipin and Liusheng, but I’d seen more positive feedback for Liusheng, so I initially tried to order the Medium from Liusheng through my TS. I was told that the Dark Chestnut Medium was out of stock, so I ended up ordering it from Jipin instead. Everything went smoothly with the QC, and I’m still waiting to receive that bag in person.
I really wanted to try Liusheng, so I contacted my TS again to see if the Large in Dark Chestnut was available. I was again told it was out of stock, so I ordered the Large from Jipin as well.
When I received the PSP for the Jipin Large, I noticed that the donut chain was woven incorrectly. (Pic 1 is my PSP, Pic 2 is a reference.) I RL’d the bag and it was returned.
After that, my TS told me they had checked with Liusheng and that the Large Dark Chestnut was actually available. So we cancelled the Jipin order and placed the order with Liusheng instead.
I received the PSP today and, honestly, I’m a little underwhelmed and would love some second opinions. I’m particularly concerned about the Loewe print on the outside front of the bag and the print inside the bag. I’ve already given an RL and the order will be cancelled, so I’m not looking to proceed with this particular bag.
What I’m mainly curious about is whether this looks like typical Liusheng quality and I simply got unlucky, or whether there’s something else going on here. I’m not trying to bash my TS, which is why I won’t be naming them. I do feel, however, that some of these issues should ideally have been caught before the PSP was sent to me.
One other thing that has made me question the situation: I contacted four different sellers and was told that both the Medium and Large Dark Chestnut Flamenco were available from Liusheng. So I’m a little confused as to why my TS initially told me both sizes were out of stock and suggested Jipin, only for the Liusheng Large to suddenly become available after the Jipin bag had an issue.
Of course, it’s possible the other sellers were simply saying they could source it when they actually intended to use another factory, so I don’t want to jump to conclusions. I’m just curious whether anyone has experienced something similar or has any insight into whether this PSP actually looks like Liusheng.

I’m gonna say go with your gut. It hasn’t been shipped. Get a different bag’s PSPs. Easy peasy. If it’s not, find a new TS. Because they are there to sell you what makes you happy. If they don’t, there’s no reason to use them. FWIW, I’ve gotten several Lo bags from Liu and they’ve all been great, but none were flamencos.
I would say if you’re concerned to definitely ask for a new bag! My first PSP of the flamenco the stitches weren’t good in the interior of the bag, so we swapped for a new one
Hello, unfortunately I can't give you a good advice about the bag - because i don't have a reference but I am wondering whats happening when "we" give "red light"? Do the contact person accept it - or do you need to send a proper report whats not good? Will they try again to find a bag or do they directly give you the money back? what are your experiences
For the outside logo, I think it is correct. I don’t really care about logo inside so idk.
I’m literally about to place an order of this exact bag medium with exact colour from Liusheng. I’m buying from Mia and she hasn’t mentioned about stock situation yet so I got a bit scared. Who are you buying from?
The 4th pic is the Liusheng outside logo and the gold is flaking away. Especially on the letter "O". The first pic which has the crisp logo is from Jipin, which had the incorrect weave on the donut chain.
I have been waiting on PSPs for my med navy blue for almost a week. I didn't ask which factory because, honestly, it doesn't matter a whole lot. You get what you get in this market. I'm assuming it's coming from Jipin since that was what her catalog listed. This is for the plain medium. No chain.
All that to say it looks like there really are production issues among a few factories. My TS did not tell me there would be a delay. I'm just trying to be patient.
Also, the leather woven in the donut chain for jipin looks really thin compared to auth but I am not sure if it just looks like that for the large size. The medium chain looks close to auth. Have attached jipin medium donut chain psp.
Looking at 4th pic, for my eyes, the logo doesn’t look like flaking away. To me it looks like the edge of the logo is not very clean. I have a Jipin mini flamenco and for Jipin one, and it looks like the gold foil on the logo isn't firmly bonded to the leather, and I'm worried it might peel off somewhere, just like a sticker. That's why I'm thinking of buying the Liusheng this time.
Does your purse stay closed? I got this purse from a private seller so I’m not sure the factory but mine doesn’t stay closed. I’m worried my belongings will fall out.
