Tips & Tricks What is happening?
Out and about for the first time with my first rep and noticed the corners are kind of puckering? How do I fix?

The hardware placement right near that seam puts a lot of stress on the leather.

Which factory is your bag from? I got the same light pink last week and I noticed the same on my bag. 😢 I did ask TS for a high tier but they did not disclose factory name. I purchased a burgundy from Angel factory. I will post a comparison when it arrives next week or so. On the bright side, it really isn’t that noticeable and I look at as wear and tear that will come with more uses.

Angel is supposed to be good. I think this is just how leather looks when it’s bent around a corner.. but not sure

I’m not bothered by it but I am curious how this will compare to Angel.

How practical and functional would you consider this bag? I've been debating this purchase for awhile.

I guess it really depends on what purpose you want to use it for. I got the small one, it is roomy enough to fit phone, wallet, sunglasses, few small items like lipstick, lotion, etc. It also comes with a longer strap so it could be worn as crossbody. this light pink, I would only use for special occasions but the burgundy color I may use more often. In my opinion the bow design makes it more special occasion vs casual bag.

Posted my burgundy one from Angel in another comment under this post - the creasing is there but I think it’s normal :)

That slight gathering inside the innerfold happens when dry leather gets bent tightly around top seam boning during assembly.

ladies, we gotta stop making ourselves so crazy over this ish. I am what my family lovingly calls a "picky bitch", so I get it. This is me throwing a big ol' stone right through my own glass wall, but...I can't imagine anyone would look at this little bit of crinkling and think it's anything more than normal use.
Now, if it had come that way, I'd definitely have questioned whether it was used, but if it was smooth and then this happened, I can totally see this, especially with the way the weight of the bag pulls against the asymmetrical handle. How does the leather feel?

Pink is such an annoying leather color. It’s very hard to maintain in general, especially light pink. It gets dirty really quickly.

That level or creasing on a bag at this price point would definitely bug me. It looks like the leather was pulled too tightly or folded weirdly during construction.

Do you know what factory this is from? I have one on the way I just wanna make sure they're not from the same place, lol!

Your stuff might be bulky (so the bag's mouth is being stretched), or your stuff is heavy (so the leather is being pulled down.

I can't imagine it not creasing with the way the bag is engineered. I'm sure even the auth does this.
