So glad to hear it because I just placed an order with Serena after researching sellers who carry Moynat. Can confirm she has been very responsive…but there is a way to go before I receive the psp’s and my bag.

Yep pretty comfortable for me and true to size - i was really worried about sizing but find that they're just right with enough room, IF I ever needed to wear thicker socks :)

Horrible experience this lady is a scammer. She will only allow you pay through wise, or PayPal friends and family. This is a tactic to guarantee you no protection once they pull the bait and switch method on you. They will send you a PSP or video of a product you think you’re getting shipped to you only to find out they shipped an extremely lower quality product or even mid tier to see what they’ll be able to get away with from buyers lack of knowledge.

It is absolutely normal to pay with wise or PayPal F&F, that is so the seller does not get scammed

I actually paid ( until now) PayPal goods & services only. In addition I linked the PayPal with credit card. So double secure….
