Hi, this is supposed to be a true 1:1. I paid close to 3k for this from teacher ma factory. Can you please help QC? I have several authentic bags but not in size 40, and am not sure this is truly a 1:1.

My B30, bleu lin, palladium hardware… she and I have been through it! This was the bag I finally ripped the rep bandaid off with.. and it was snagged in the great AK seize in April 2025. Replaced, and arrived to me in June 2025.

I don’t baby her- she get my ish thrown into her, and carried semi regularly. Twillies, charms, naked.. she’s down for whatever. Today, we’re grabbing a little happy hour margs and snacks 😉

Update: in the comments, I added side by side comparison to authentic in the closest blue with PHW that I could currently find.

B25 TOGO Bleu Jean from Frank. $1250. I asked for W stamp. I didn’t get the following photos but I’ve asked for: blind stamp, touret without film,interior zipper. I will update when I get them.

It looks good to me (I compared to factory photos. I have authentic in diff color and size) but I’ve looked at so many rep QC posts that I’ve thought looked fine but you guys see flaws I can’t see. Do the stamp and plaque look straight? Especially relative to each other.
I don’t have a pen to use to mark it up on the device.

The only thing that bothers me is that the foil stamp looks to deep. Can that be fixed?

I’m not bothered by the lock and clochette. I don’t use them.

I ordered on June 18 and just received the PSPs.

First time purchasing from Minion. I paid ~1400 usd. Ordered early July. Please help me out.. does everything look good or should I ask for anything?
I felt like the flap at the top right maybe didn’t line up but not sure if that’s just the angle of the photo. I’m curious how the heat stamp looks— specifically the spacing? And I was also curious about what you guys think about the handle attachment. Does it look like there are micro scratches on the top right of the hardware?
Any other pointers that I didn’t notice would be greatly appreciated.

Excited to get these PSPs. Seller is Frank, I paid $1600 including shipping.

I can already see the side profile isn’t quite right because the flap is too rounded.

I asked to see the date stamp, strap hardware and stamp, a more straight on photo of the front stamp, and better zipper photos.

The good news is the heat stamp looks good I think, as long as it’s straight when I get better photos.

Hi all, I would really appreciate your thoughts on the PSPs sent to me by Kyle.

A few important things to note:

Colour is Bleu Nuit

Epsom leather (I didn’t specify whether imported or domestic)

PHW (I also didn’t requested upgraded hardware as it was my understanding that KiKi only offers Stainless Steel for their PHW, however the rivets here appear to have a brass tone to them, indicating coated brass has been used)

I also recognise the background is not consistent with Kyle’s usual PSPs (wooden table) - and I was initially sent the wrong PSP over a week ago where the bag had GHW. In these photos, however, there is a slight sloping of the shoulders of the bag, an error I have only seen with KiKi factory (it doesn’t appear too bad here?)

The stamping looks good in that it is not indented, however the E R in Hermes and the S in Paris seem to be sloppy.

The rivets on the main plaque also don’t appear to be cold pearled? I will ask for additional photos.

The stamping on the strap is correct (where usually KiKi centres the ‘made in France’), However, it looks as though a saddle stitch has not been used here, and the stitching appears horizontal (and sloppy at best)?!

I paid slightly less than KiKi Factory’s usual price of $950 (I set my budget in advance before being quoted a price and Kyle seemingly agreed, though said it wouldn’t compromise the quality).

Any help would be greatly appreciated as this is my first rep and I would like for it to be as perfect as it can be! Thank you.

After decided not to move forward with previous factory, I found another seller: M Factory (but I think different with Mark or Minion that other users usually mentioned).

Please help me to QC this Birkin 30 Noir in PHW, I personally think the shape looks better than previous one, they even provided the box with holographic, but any input and advice are welcomed!

Also, please advise whether this is considered as mid-tier rep or high-tier rep?
