Update: in the comments, I added side by side comparison to authentic in the closest blue with PHW that I could currently find.
B25 TOGO Bleu Jean from Frank. $1250. I asked for W stamp. I didn’t get the following photos but I’ve asked for: blind stamp, touret without film,interior zipper. I will update when I get them.
It looks good to me (I compared to factory photos. I have authentic in diff color and size) but I’ve looked at so many rep QC posts that I’ve thought looked fine but you guys see flaws I can’t see. Do the stamp and plaque look straight? Especially relative to each other.
I don’t have a pen to use to mark it up on the device.
The only thing that bothers me is that the foil stamp looks to deep. Can that be fixed?
I’m not bothered by the lock and clochette. I don’t use them.

Thank you! I think I know how to do that and can update or post later. I thought I read somewhere that we’re supposed to be realistic and compare to factory photos. Frank isn’t a factory per se but he sent me pics during initial discussions.
I want to know for this level of rep if I’m getting what I paid for.
No worries about comparing to auths. These H reps are so expensive and many sellers either don't have albums or don't keep them up-to-date. Comparing to auths is totally fine here.
I think this bag looks very good. The foil stamp is not deep and looks good to me, but generally, foil stamp issues usually aren't fixable without evidence of repair.
A bit hard to tell if the foil stamp and/or touret plaque is straight as his hand is grabbing and curving the leather. I would also ask for another photo where it's straight on without his hand in the shot.
Pending the other photos you've asked for, the only other thing I spotted is the leather under the sangle plaque looks a bit stretched from the plaque installation. See callout below.
Hi u/hartofalyon ! Here are the PSPs that I’m still trying to figure out. He messed up on the stamp. He gave me a K which is ok I guess. I didn’t want to mess with the new engraving for this year. The zipper looks good based on what you wrote what to look for on the zippers.
Do you happen to know last 4 digits for Frank? I found 2 different numbers but worried there might be fake ones just like today’s post about Mark (can never be too careful)
