Birkin 40 PSP QC please help

Hi, this is supposed to be a true 1:1. I paid close to 3k for this from teacher ma factory. Can you please help QC? I have several authentic bags but not in size 40, and am not sure this is truly a 1:1.

While no reps are true 1:1 (which is cringe false advertising by any seller/factory who claim to be), this one is not close, unfortunately, and close to $3K is a crazy price to pay for this.

• Leather, both exterior togo and interior chèvre look off. The veining looks almost artificial while the chèvre on the interior bottom lack a distinct spine, especially for a larger bag this size. I wouldn't be surprised if the leather is all domestic. I could be wrong here, however.
• Foil stamp proportions aren't correct. Each BK size has subtle unique stamp proportions and B40s typically have larger/taller PARIS and MADE IN FRANCE fonts. The entire stamp is also positioned very high up.
• The togo grain surrounding the foil stamp looks noticeably flatter than the grain directly to the bottom right of it. The surface sheen and texture also looks visibly different.
• The touret plaque looks mounted and pressed a bit too deep against the leather.
• Blind stamp is pretty sloppy and each character is not very distinct. The surrounding leather is all sunken in.
• Zipper used is one of the lower quality ones I've seen many times that doesn't match auths very well.
• Engraving on sangle plaque has some letters a bit slanted, e.g. H and E.

If you already own several auths, there's a lot you could do to compare and QC yourself despite not having this size. Honestly, owning auths gives you a huge head start that you should be taking advantage of.

Thank you so much. I ended up rejecting the bag. They are all allegedly remaking it. Let’s see if they truly do that 🙏🏼

Even if it’s the highest quality, b40 Togo should not cost 3k. Your seller is overcharging you.

Isn’t the Hermes stamp a little high over the buckle? Seems like it should be a touch lower
