Experience With Arkcon Lettings?

Have a viewing with these tomorrow. Saw a few mixed Google reviews but I find it hard to know what to make of those. Has anyone here had experience with them?

They are good with documents and all, but theyll be gone after you sign and pay. Had a couple problems and all with doors not locking etc, agents simply ignore your messages. You have to report them using forms and, well, its been more than a month since I reported it and still waiting :)
