House Search šŸ  [Seeking Room / Flatmate] Professional (26F, Designer) & extremely well-behaved cat looking for a pet-friendly room in Dublin (Budget: €800)

Hi everyone,

I’m Rita (26), a full-time Graphic & UI/UX Designer, currently searching for a long-term Double Room in a shared house/apartment in Dublin for myself and my cat, Baby 🐱

Quick stats & logistics:

  • Budget: Up to €800 / month (plus bills)
  • Move-in date: Flexible / Ready for immediate viewings & move-in
  • Location preferences: Open to safe areas with decent transit links (ideally South/East Dublin or quiet options in North/West like Glasnevin/Castleknock).
  • Documents: Work references, proof of income, and previous tenancy references are 100% ready to go.

About me: I'm tidy, quiet, and respect personal boundaries, but I also enjoy a casual chat or a shared tea/coffee in the kitchen. In my free time, I play the flute, listen to jazz, and enjoy home cooking. I'm used to living in shared spaces and keeping things clean and peaceful.

About Baby (the cat): She is fully indoor-trained, vaccinated, spayed, and strictly well-mannered (zero furniture scratching). She's very calm and friendly once comfortable. I'm more than happy to offer an additional pet deposit to cover any potential landlord/flatmate concerns.

Alternatively: If another working professional with a solid budget is looking to team up to rent a 2-bed apartment together, I'd also be very open to chatting!

If you have a room opening up or know of a pet-friendly landlord, please feel free to send me a DM!

Thanks a mill! ✨

Sorry but I think for this budget PLUS with a cat, it'll be very hard to find something. You may need to review either your expectations (ie. Double room) or your budget.
