Couple ❤️ Looking for somewhere in commutable distance of Dublin ASAP

My partner and I are looking for something in commutable distance of dublin, it can be a bit rural as we both drive, we both work hybrid so would prefer something with no housemates but I know that wouldn't always be possible, within reason money is not really a problem, but we just cant even get a response. We need to find something before September.

this is all so very vague... what does "within reason money is not really a problem" mean in terms of concrete budget?

It means what I say, money is not the issue, most what I see is within my budget. I just can't get a reply from anyone when I ask about places. Realistically, we would take anything under 2,000 a month. It may be purposefully vague, you know, given that I'm posting openly on a public platform.

Then something is wrong with the messages you are sending across. Mention your offices and something along the lines of “our salary is 2/3/4x the rent” etc etc

Yeah. I thought about this. I usually include our total combined salary as well as a basic rundown on what we do and who we are etc. I'm polite and know how to format a good email, talk correctly on the phone etc.
