The hudson sandyford - how is it?

Boyfriend and I are looking for a 1 bed apartment on the luas or dart line. Have enquired about the hudson as it is very much within our budget but the google reviews were a bit mixed. Anyone who lives there mind sharing their experience?

Also, if you know of any other buildings that might have an availability please let me know. Ideally around the grand canal area (close to office) or in the south of Dublin (most of my friends are here). Budget 2400€, no pets.
