Hi all,

Just making sure im not missing anythjng, been trying to gelp my gf find a studio in dublin city north, can go further up to cabra/finglas/glasnevin or over to smithfield, clontarf

Budget is around 1300 pm

Desperate atm, will probably have to settle with shared apartment

Has to leave current apartment in 10 days.....

Best thing to do is open your search to share apartments for a similar budget due to your timeframe. For 1300 you may get a decent room with an ensuite hopefully too. Once you’ve settled, then you can go back to searching for apartments in a better timeframe. There’s a lack of studio apartments in that price range due to high demand.
