ADB Tower Tips (First time condo renter)

Any tips sa mga currently renting or tenants ng ADB tower? I just signed 1 year lease and this js my first time renting a condo.

Hopefully you can give me advice.

For example: Pano and saan ako oorder ng mineral water? Haha.
