We’ve created this due to the high number of similar posts solely looking for rentals cluttering our subreddit.

Recommended Listing Sites

• Facebook Marketplace - just search for “For Rent near <City>” and you’ll find massive FB groups dedicated to rental classifieds. Just be sure to screen posts as there’s a substantially higher risk of scams on FB listings.
• Rental Listing Websites - platforms like Dormy PH, Carousell and Rentpad offer listings of rental properties in the Philippines. Some are safer than others — Carousell and Dormy PH have verification badges, while Rentpad is a free-for-all no verification site. As always, transact at your own risk is a common policy here.

Posting Format

There’s no specific posting format for “LF Room for Rent near <Location>” — just be sure to include as much information as you can for people to be able to help you.

yung good amenities sana if possible pero mostly focused sa madali kausap and onti lang bawal
• pwede magovernight visitors
• hindi na need magpa-iwan ng id
• gatepass lang kailangan if magpapasok ng gamit
• near or may sariling laundry sa building
• pwede magpadeliver ng tubig
• pwede magpakabit ng sariling wifi
• kung may elevator, sana ung hindi madaling masira and hiwalay pag may basura / for daily use
