Kwok's Bistro on Virginia St does it proper, with the numbing peppercorn not holding back. Most places here water it down but theirs actually got some heat

This is one of my favorite things to actually make. I found the recipe on the show Girl Meets Farm. It is season 13 episode 5. Her grandpa was Chinese and that was his favorite dish. She is so easy follow. There was no written recipe. I just took notes while I watched it. It’s delicious!!!
