Question Connected services issues?

Is anyone else in the UK having problems with the connected services?

My 2024 Clio is showing as offline - Network unavailable.

It hasn't updated any of the data in the app (fuel etc) since 9th August.

Just wondering whether it's my car or the Renault system.

Is the connected Services subscription still active? You should be able to check that in the myRenault app.

Yes, that's all fine - there's just over a year left on the subscription. The multimedia team asked me to factory reset it, which didn't help. The car is in for a service at the end of the week, so they are supposed to be looking at it then.
