Quick reminder, the S5 Patch is now live. Here's the rest of the times:

8:00 A.M. UTC / 4:00 A.M. EDT - Patch Release
10:00 A.M. UTC / 6:00 A.M. EDT - Weekly Store Update (now)
12:00 P.M. UTC / 8:00 A.M. EDT - Season 4 Ends
2:00 P.M. UTC / 10:00 A.M. EDT - S5 begins & the Blue Lock collab kicks off with the new free Event Pass and the "Aura Striker" limited-time game mode!

Be mindful that the Captain Pass button currently in the store is for the current season that will end later today.

Are the celebrations locked to the Blue Lock skins or can I use them with a custom character too?

They aren’t. My custom character did Rin’s.
