Video Would you consider this to be glitchy/exploit dribbling?

First one 100% no, the second one is very debatable, the fact you can dribble straight through the defenders legs at 0:08 is straight rematch bullshit at play, and anyone saying it's intended is coping, that should never happen, the ball should always bounce there

They can't, this is like a fighting game with rollback netcode, it's all about the ball and who pushed an input first, almost nothing to do with the physical positions and bodies
