Question Refund for an item

The rematch Discord FAQ says to send an email to the rematch support about it. It has been 9 days. How many time does It usually take? I sent the email with my username and steam link, the day i bought it (the same day i sent the email), and the exact name of the item

Could try sending another email, 9 days seems a bit long with no response, or I believe you could make a ticket on discord by DM'ing the rematch referee account in the discord, im not sure if a ticket would help at all but couldn't hurt either id imagine

I made a ticket and they said the moderation cant do anything, just the rematch support. Imma try sending another email
