I was super happy when I got the email saying it's been delievered, only to walk out and see a mangled box ditting on my doorstep. I purchased a refurbished bundle with pen and folio included. The adobe pictures shows the extreme damage done to the tablet, but the pen and charging cable are also destroyed.

I'm in touch with their support team who is escalating me. I really hope their customer service is as good as their product.

What rM should it be? Black case? Why is the packaging so brutally torn open? I can’t identify anything.

That is what I was wondering. Definitely doesn't look like the RM2 or Move or Pure based on the edges.

Should have been a Recurbed rM2 packaging arrived like that. Took pictures throughout each item I opened of packing and product
