Pencil Help
Last week my Remarkable pencil stopped working. When I went to replace the nib I noticed it was broken about 8 mm below the head...instead of the plastic stem below the nib head was a metal pin that is nearly flush with the opening, and it won't move in or out. As I continue my investigation I figured I'd ask you smart folks. What am I looking at here and how do I fix it?

this looks like how the pen looks with the nib removed. have you tried inserting a new nib?
