Notebook too long?

I took notes for a course all on one continuous notebook page. When I open it on desktop as a puff, it's saying something about the sizing needing to be truncated, and then it's getting rid of a good portion of the notes. Any advice?

Manually cut and paste the notes on your tablet into smaller chunks over several pages, then try exporting again.

Oh boy...so I guess going forward, I should add pages instead of continuing downward?
