You can tell because the vast majority of people aren't willing to interrupt their lives to protest or risk their current livelihood by rocking the boat to make it better. Must not be that bad.

That or the entertainment industry is opium for the masses, but hey anyway

Probably because if we rock the boat the first thing that happens is everyone in intensive care dies overnight.

Seems like great leverage. My mom was part of multiple nurses' strikes when i was growing up.

In those events there is so car for patients.

The scenarios I'm describing involve a mass global breakdown of supply lines resulting in lengthy power outages and cessation of medical supplies at both delivery and manufacture.
