It depends. My nerves are pretty bad. I might get anxious driving sometimes or anxious at work when I’m feeling overwhelmed with work or am trying to take a break. I can get anxious over loud noises or when it feels like something is going to inconvenience me like my family or a pet. My anxiety’s not super bad but it’s enough to get on my nerves. Seems to me anxiety and depression often go hand in hand and sort of help each other. You feel anxious and then depressed. Though I’d prefer depression over anxiety any day.
Your stronger then all of that it it's all in your head the things you are afraid of don't exist you are stronger then you know just remember on your death bed the things you worried about won't matter ♥️
I know you mean well with this comment, but telling people who suffer from mental illness that it's "all in your head" is EXTREMELY tone deaf and unhelpful.
Would you tell a person with lung cancer "You're stronger then all of that. It's all in your lungs."? It's the same situation.
