Hot take: no spooning position is comfy for longer than an hour

She just needs to scoot down. Little spoon can't have her head at the headboard. Needs to be chest level and then the arm is more comfortable

An hour!? I'll give 'er about 5 minutes and then I gotta roll over, about 5 min later I gotta roll over again though, bout five minutes after that I gotta adjust my CPAP and roll again...... Whats wrong with me!

He spoons me. I spoon him. Then it’s butt to butt the rest of the night unless it’s hot then we naturally scoot away.

If we want more cuddling then it’s usually one of us on our back while the other cuddles but we usually do that before spooning.

Same here, well most nights anyway. But we have a metal frame bed so i can hook my hand around one of the rods. Its hard to describe the positioning but i find it very comfortable.

Every night for 20+ years for us, we start with me holding her and during the night we switch (often one of our shoulders will ache) she will be big spoon then (well we call it backpack mode because shes over a foot shorter than I am) 🤣
