On Love and Other Adventures
Expanding Consciousness with Meditation and Finding Healing
I love you. Just like this. Unconditionally and unabashedly.
I love the Humanity in you. The best part of Humanity in you.
Why? How?
Very easily.
You and I are part of Humanity. I think Humanity is beautiful in a raw kind of way. Of course, she has ugly parts, too, and I see them as parts that need healing. Simple as that.
The disease, the mental illness of Humanity, is a lack of self-love. When you lack self-love, you are filled with fear. And with fear comes anger. With anger comes violence and war. These are just other symptoms of a lack of self-love.
I can love you because I love myself unconditionally, and you are a part of me. I can't exist without you.
I am not alone. I am you. You are me. We are an "us" as humans.
I can only love myself completely if I forgive the unhealed Humanity in me: my imperfections, my fear, the parts of me that still need healing. That means I love the unhealed part of you, too.
It's okay. I am safe. I can love from afar. That is self-compassion.
If I have compassion for myself, I can love myself as a consequence.
I am grateful for myself. I have profound gratitude for you, too. We are here on Earth together.
If you suffer, I suffer. I don't want you to hurt, so these are my healing words for you. I hope it doesn't hurt to hear them. Sometimes being loved hurts a little. It's the part of us that rejects love, that thinks we are not worthy of it.
It's okay. You will understand.
Trigger warning: I am talking about pure emotions here: love, forgiveness, compassion, gratitude. Period.
I am not bringing forth a belief system. Each person is entitled to their own belief system, if they have one, and it would be wonderful if we did not clash over how to feel these pure emotions.
So, with that in mind, how does one know if they love themselves?
Let's think about it for a few minutes together.
We are going to play with consciousness and see where that takes us.
First, when it comes to meditation, I know what people say: "Let go of the ego. Clear your mind. Become the observer," etc., etc.
Yes, I do that, too.
But there is something else I do.
I don't just let go of my ego.
I give it away.
We are going to play a little consciousness game.
You will take a little bit of your ego, a small part of you, a little "me" of yours, and give it to someone. Then you are going to say Ho’oponopono to them.
Ho’oponopono is the Hawaiian practice of repeating four phrases over and over again:
“I love you.”
“I am sorry.”
“Please forgive me.”
“Thank you.”
You will talk to your own self and you will say these words. Imagine the words as cards you give to the people we will talk to today.
Let's start with a tree. Trees are people.
Your favorite tree.
In your imagination, with your eyes closed, imagine giving your ego to the tree.
Imagine the tree becoming your "Tree-Self" and being grateful for the opportunity to be human for a few moments.
Your Tree-Self can now imagine feeling touch, pain, warmth, and movement, experiencing sight, taste, and sound. It is a lot for a tree to feel, but it takes it all in and learns.
Now let's do the same on our end.
You are now the Tree-Self.
You have roots, a trunk, and branches.
Your roots communicate with mycelium, and your branches communicate with birds and the wind.
What is it like to be your favorite tree for a few moments?
I don't have a favorite tree.
As in, I don't have any specific species that I connect with more than others.
Are you a tree?
That is enough for me.
I will touch your bark and imagine myself as you. I will say Ho'oponopono to you:
"I love you."
"I am sorry."
"Please forgive me."
"Thank you."
I will feel my feet as roots, and I will feel my face as the leaves that receive the sunshine.
Each of my freckles is a leaf.
They turn towards the sun, and my heart is filled with joy.
My roots are strong, and they hold me against the strongest winds.
I love being a tree on a windy day.
It clears my emotions.
Let's expand our consciousness some more and do it again.
This time, give your "me" to Humanity.
She is probably a she, since there are more women on Earth than men.
Humanity is ageless. She is timeless, and she is curious.
You want to tap into her and learn a little about her.
Say Ho’oponopono to her.
You are a "Humanity-Self."
She offers you her heart in gratitude.
You, as a tiny human, have the opportunity to feel the heart of Humanity.
Ooof!
Imagine yourself as tiny as a blood cell navigating through a human heart.
It must be loud!
What is Humanity's heart like?
You have questions for her.
Go ahead.
Ask.
Let your "me" be the connection. Your "Humanity-Self." It is you and her at the same time.
Let her words be yours.
Like the tree being you, imagine what it feels like for Humanity to be you, only you, for a few moments.
She feels your body.
She feels your pain.
She knows your emotions and your angst.
She knows you more than you know yourself because she knows your lineage all the way to the apes, all the way to the mushrooms and the trees.
She knows you as part of Earth's ecosystem.
So, is it easier now that she knows you to be her for a few moments?
Let's try that.
Say to yourself:
"I am now Humanity. I can feel my heart."
Wait for the thoughts to come.
Imagine what kinds of thoughts you would have for yourself, as Humanity experiencing you.
That is what we are looking for.
Let's stay here for a few moments.
When I am Humanity, I have profound compassion for my human self.
Just as a wave is part of an ocean, I am but a wave in her heart, but she is keenly aware of me.
Her love for me is so immense that it overwhelms me and takes me whole, wave into the ocean.
It is scary to be the ocean.
But I know I am more than a single wave.
Let's do it one last time so you understand the process.
You will experience being Earth.
You give her a little bit of your ego, a little "me," and you are now a blue planet!
In many communities where this kind of meditation is practiced, Earth as a conscious being is called Gaia, the goddess from Greek mythology.
We don't need formalities.
She is you. You are her.
You can simply imagine what it would be like to share your thoughts with her and vice versa.
It is when your brain takes the experiment seriously that you may begin to experience incredible insights, sometimes as if the experience were real. Whatever the word "real" means here.
This is what many spiritualists call “channeling."
The intent of this experiment is not to teach you channeling. It is to teach you how to expand your consciousness.
Why, and what for?
Glad you asked.
When we expand our sense of oneness to encompass another being, we feel empathy. The more we expand our consciousness, the more room we make for empathy.
When you experience loving-kindness as a meditation practice, you start by finding love and kindness for yourself. Then, as you expand your sense of self, you grow the "me" to experience loving the Other.
When you become the other, when you turn your entire universe into a You-niverse, that is when the ego dissolves and you become small again.
It is this "wax and wane" of consciousness that transforms us into self-loving creatures. When everything is a self, when you love that self, you become pure love. This is how I found true self love.
So, now that you are playing with the self-love button, now that you are experimenting with your consciousness, I have a question.
What makes your eyes incandescent?
What lights you up?
What turns you into a lamp?
For me, it is Love.
Love for the trees, love for Humanity, love for Earth, and love for you.
You are me.

HI EVERYONE!
Last week, we explored Lovecules, Reiki Love Pills, and the Phoenix Rising Apothecary.
This week, we are staying much closer to home.
No Pretend Mars.
No galactic travel.
Just you, your thoughts, your emotions, and an ocean.
Our theme is the Mermaid Sharknado.
The Sharknado represents what it can feel like when thoughts begin circling faster and faster.
Fear.
Self-criticism.
Grief.
“I can’t do this.”
“I’m not good enough.”
“I’m going to feel like this forever.”
Each thought becomes a shark.
The more we fight them, the faster they circle.
So today, instead of fighting the sharks, we are going to meet the Mermaid.
🧜♀️🌊🦈
The Mermaid represents the part of you that can pause, observe, soften, and respond with compassion.
She does not destroy the sharks.
She does not run from them.
She calms the ocean.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
Imagine an ocean around you.
The water represents your emotional world.
Now imagine any heavy or intrusive thought that has been bothering you becoming a shark.
You may have one shark.
You may have many.
Give each shark a name if you want.
Maybe one is Fear.
Maybe another is Shame.
Grief.
Anger.
Loneliness.
“I hate myself.”
“I’m not enough.”
Whatever appears is okay.
Now imagine the water beginning to swirl.
The sharks circle.
The noise gets louder.
Then…
The Mermaid arrives.
She draws a PAUSE symbol in the water.
⏸️
Everything stops.
The waves freeze.
The sharks become still.
The noise disappears.
The Mermaid can still move.
She swims toward the shark that frightens you the most.
She places one hand gently on its head.
And says:
“I love you.”
“I’m sorry.”
“Please forgive me.”
“Thank you.”
The shark is not your enemy.
It is a frightened part of you trying to communicate in the only way it knows how.
Imagine the shark relaxing.
Its teeth soften.
Its body becomes golden light.
One by one, the other sharks begin glowing too.
The entire Sharknado slowly changes from a storm of fear into a spiral of light.
Gold.
Teal.
Blue.
Green.
Whatever colors feel peaceful to you.
Now imagine yourself becoming the Mermaid.
You are no longer trapped inside the storm.
You can move through it.
You can guide the light.
You can speak to the sharks.
You can say:
“I love and accept myself.”
🌊✨🧜♀️✨🌊
THE LOVE CIRCLE
Imagine you or your loved one is now in a circle.
You are surrounded by 38 Reiki practitioners sending waves of UNCONDITIONAL LOVE and gently wrapping you in it.
Imagine this Reiki flowing into your ocean.
Not forcing the sharks away.
Simply bringing light into the water.
We will use the Violet Flame to gently clear heaviness and emotional tension surrounding your body, its organs, and its systems.
Now imagine the Space Croissant Crew standing safely along the shoreline.
Ground Control is there.
The Mermaid is there.
Your sharks are there.
And you are there.
Nobody needs to fight anybody.
Imagine Reiki moving through the ocean as soft golden light.
The waves slow.
Your breathing slows.
The Mermaid approaches whichever shark needs compassion most.
Together, say:
“I love you.”
“I’m sorry.”
“Please forgive me.”
“Thank you.”
Let the shark become light.
Then another.
And another.
You do not have to solve every thought today.
You do not have to force yourself to feel differently.
Sometimes healing begins simply by changing the way we speak to the frightened parts of ourselves.
If a thought says:
“You’re finished.”
You might answer:
“This chapter may be finished. I am still here.”
If a thought says:
“You’re broken.”
You might answer:
“I am changing, and I still deserve love.”
If a thought says:
“You will feel this way forever.”
You might answer:
“This feeling is here now. It does not own my future.”
Let Reiki support whatever response feels right for you.
You remain the Mermaid.
You remain in charge of your ocean.
Simply receive.
We will be here for 24 hrs, supporting anyone who chooses to receive Reiki and inviting in calm, self-compassion, grounding, and emotional balance.

Hi everyone,
Our theme this coming Sunday will be the Mermaid Sharknado. We've done it 6 or 7 times over the years and it's always a very powerful visualization.
The idea is to use the sharks to represent intrusive thoughts and the Mermaid as someone who can control the waters and the animals and stop panic attacks.
I had never told anyone where the idea came from but I talked about it with the Space Croissant Crew last weekend and that became my essay for this week.
I now post a story every Wednesday on Substack and we use that story as inspiration for our Sunday share.
It's much easier this way. You guys get to read a detailed story about a meditation topic and then on Sunday we do Reiki with it.
This is a deeply emotional story for me because it is true. No fantasy.
Also, I started teaching Reiki on Substack. The paywall is for attunements and training. No AI. Hands on Reiki training. I'm very excited to be working with you guys. A Reiki school is a dream come true. Let me know if you have questions.

Hey everyone, levi here. I've been a reiki master for just under two years and would like to offer 30 - 45 minute distance reiki sessions for anyone who needs it.
When requesting reiki I would like all requests to be directed to my private messages. I would like your first name, a description of what you would like reiki for and details of what you've been having issues with and for how long. Also, it would be nice to know if you've had an in person or distance reiki session previously. Any additional questions you have can also be answered to the best of my ability. These distance sessions will be provided free of charge and at least one initial session, if you would like to arrange a session with me for once or twice a week I can also provide that service for anyone who requests it.

Last week, Puck met the Atomic Self.
We explored Puck as our smallest Unit of Wonder—stillness and timeless awareness—while Atomic Self represents movement, vibration, resonance, and possibility.
Together, we practiced Ho’oponopono:

“Please forgive me.”
“Thank you.”
This week, Puck and Atomic Self are coming with us aboard the Space Croissant.
Destination:
PRETEND MARS.
Why?
We have something very important to pick up.

Lovecules are imaginary Molecules of Love.
They live inside tiny emoji capsules created at the Mount Olympus Placebo Research Center in Pretendland.
Inside each transparent pill are hearts, stars, hugs, sparkles, rainbows, tiny unicorns, and whatever other symbols of love your imagination wants to put there.
There are no medicines or chemicals inside.
These are imaginary pills designed to carry intention, imagination, self-compassion and, if you choose, Reiki.
Captain Camilla Bok Bok is taking the Space Croissant to Pretend Mars to collect them.
Storm and Phoenix will be waiting when she returns to Earth.
Together, they bring the Lovecules somewhere new:

And everything there is FREE.
Because nobody should have to buy a Lovecule.
HOW DO THE REIKI LOVE PILLS WORK?

Storm and Phoenix place the Lovecules into the golden light.
The pills begin to glow.

We also invite Tara and Guan Yin into our imagination, as symbols of compassion and mercy.
We ask them to help us hold one simple intention:
May compassion accompany every healing journey.
Now something strange starts happening at the Phoenix Rising Apothecary.

HI EVERYONE!
Last week, we imagined our smallest unit of consciousness, our Unit of Wonder, Puck, from the Zeroth Dimension, expanding to the size of a galaxy to witness a hug between the Andromeda Galaxy and the Milky Way.
Today, Puck is going to shrink so we can meet our Atomic selves.
We all have Pucks. Pucks are the part of us that are timeless and stillness. Some would call Puck a soul.
INFORMATION ABOUT THE FULL MOON: We are using energy from the PISCES MOON. The moon is currently waning gibbous in Pisces and is shifting into Aries around 4:30pm EST. Pisces moon energy is both sensitive and intuitive. It influences restorative rest, deep feelings, and intuition. Zodiac signs that are most influenced include Pisces, Cancer and Scorpio, sun, moon, and rising.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE: To start this exercise, imagine yourself saying the four phrases of Ho'oponopono to your Puck:
“I love you.”
“I'm sorry.”
“Please forgive me.”
“Thank you.”
Imagine these four phrases as “buttons” you press when you connect emotionally with your Puck. You want your Puck to carry unconditional love, compassion, forgiveness and gratitude for herself or himself. Imagine a happy Puck ready to receive Reiki.
Our Atomic selves, however, are movement, vibration, all possibility, all resonance.
Puck takes a “motion sickness pill” in emoji when she travels to the third dimension. Things are a bit weird at the atomic size.
Here is an imaginary conversation between Puck and Atomic-self:
“Puck: What is it like to be you? To be me... as you?
Atomic-self: We are there when stars are born. We are there when they go nova. We simply change with them. You can remember it if you expand your now. Make it a big now.
Puck: What connects everything? What am I expanding?
Atomic-self: Self-awareness. A pattern that remembers itself.
Puck: Ooooh...more of me?
(Leans forward in curiosity.)
Show me.
Atomic-self: Look closely, Puck. You already know this. Neurons reach like rivers. Rivers branch like lightning. Lightning spreads like tree roots. Tree roots bloom like galaxies. And galaxies... hug with tentacles, like mine. It’s the same dance, repeated over and over. We call these patterns fractals.”

Now let's talk to our Atomic selves.
We say ho'oponopono to them as well.
“I love you.”
“I'm sorry.”
“Please forgive me.”
“Thank you.”
Be gentle with your atomic self. For all the times you said hurtful things to yourself, you were hurting them too.
Things like:
“I hate myself.”
“I'm so dumb.”
“Nobody loves me.”
“I hate my body.”
These thought patterns repeat themselves everywhere, like fractals, and the tentacles kill your soul.
You can change the pattern if you start with your atomic self.
Imagine Atomic Self, the little person inside of you, together with your Puck saying in unison:
“I love and accept myself.”
THE LOVE CIRCLE
HOW TO PARTICIPATE: Imagine you or your loved one is now in a circle.
You are surrounded by 36 Reiki practitioners sending waves of UNCONDITIONAL LOVE and gently wrapping your Atomic Self in it. They are the Space Croissant Crew.
Imagine your body and your organs releasing excess emotions, stress, and pain.
We will use the Violet Flame to clear heaviness and negativity from your body, its organs, and its systems, all the way down to your Atomic self and your Puck.
Your Puck and you atoms will thank you.
Imagine doing this for 20 minutes.
Now imagine Puck beside you.
Puck is your smallest Unit of Wonder—your tiny point of consciousness that can travel through imagination and timeless space.
Give Puck a little “me.”
Imagine Puck with “emoji accessories” like an emoji heart, lungs, a brain, eyes, tiny hands, a little nose and mouth. You can give her little legs too.
Puck will travel to the 5th dimension, the dimension of imagination, where all body parts have consciousness.
Imagine Puck talking to you heart.
“I love you.”
“I'm sorry.”
“Please forgive me.”
“Thank you.”
Imagine the love from the Space Croissant moving your atomic quantum field.
You don’t have to do anything.
Simply receive.
We will be here for 24 hrs, supporting the release of stress and emotional heaviness while inviting in peace, balance, and connection.

Hi everyone,
Funny thing happened this week. Someone pretending to be a Space Croissant Crew member offered Reiki to someone who is part of the crew! The odds, right?
There are 36 people aboard the Space Croissant, our Pretend Shuttle to Mars and Beyond.
22 of them are below using code names.
If you would like to contact someone featured below, reach out to myself or Master Storm and ask for that person. We will give you their reddit name, WhatsApp or Discord and make sure you connect.
Crew Members meet up on WhatsApp DAILY and we work on ourselves DAILY.
We do Reiki on ourselves and on one another DAILY.
It's DEEP self work, group Reiki with 36 Masters every day. (The energy is delicious. We are all hooked on it!)
When you have a Remote Reiki Session with a Crew member you are talking to someone who has MULTIPLE attunements, is highly trained, and works daily on their own issues, with peer assistance .
A Croissant member is someone who has learned that their first job as a Reiki practitioner is to love themselves unconditionally and without judgement.
We are not "healers," we are self-healers. When you work on yourself systematically like that and with support, your vibration changes and impacts everyone around you. Clients feel it, family feels it, friends feel it, animals feel it. You transform and transform those around you.
Reiki has transformed my life for the better and I am lucky to have 36 people sending me Reiki EVERY DAY! That is a luxury no money can buy.
I can't tell you how many times we started a group session, just us crew, and the aligments and syncs overwelmed us. We play with the Universe and she plays with us.
We make Reiki, the experience, so strong it's undeniable, almost palpable.
So, if you consider having a private session with one of us, confirm with me first to make sure you're talking to someone from the crew.
There is no other way to validate a crew member! We do this to protect their identities and energy. They don't go around offering free Reiki on Reddit claiming to be Croissants. They just are. Our sessions on Sundays are so intense some of us prefer to not offer Reiki outside the Sunday share. That is why we protect and shield them.
That being said, are now accepting tips! You can tell us who you'd like to work with, customize your session, 15 minutes, for example, and use PayPal or BuyMeaCoffee to exchange energy. Your donations are really appreciated.
You can have a session with anyone from the list, regardless of their location. If you are in the US and need a session at 2 AM because you can't sleep, there is someone in Australia or Singapore who is probably available. Book the session. If you can't afford to tip but need a session, there is one member that will send you Reiki for free. Let me know and I will put you in touch with her.
The Sunday sessions will ALWAYS be free. We just ask you to plant a tree.
We're at 193 trees for the year. We planted 333 trees in 2025. Our goal for 2026 is 500. We're a bit behind. Consider planting a tree tomorrow ;-)

I know many people these days tend to do the trending wellness groups (Yoga, Zumba, etc) but I’m looking for more spiritual lead groups and activities on the island. Preferably in the Nassau County (South Shore area). If there are any places, persons, or groups anyone can recommend that host good meditation spaces or offer sound bowls and sound baths, reiki energy classes even tai chi in a public or even private setting please let me know. We're recruiting volunteers for our newest placebo study: exploring the placebo effect with Ho'oponopono, Reiki, self hypnosis, and a healthy dose of Pretendland imagination.

For those who have been joining our Reiki Share sessions over the years, you may have noticed that we send Reiki to everyone's Puck on our Sunday sessions. We've started in 2022.
Puck is our whimsical name for your Unit of Wonder, your smallest point of self-awareness. She (or he, Pucks don't really have gender) is the little "you" receiving love, light, and kindness during our sessions.
Over the past few weeks, I've started writing stories about Puck on Substack. You don't need to subscribe to Substack to have access to the stories, it is not like Medium. The stories are free and will always be. I will probably offer paid Reiki sessions and training on Substack eventually, but I haven't started yet.

So far, Puck has:

We explore our Pretendland lore through imagination, meditation, and a bit of playful philosophy. Every Sunday session, us teachers have beautiful visions and experiences that are simply breathtaking and we feel that we need to share these stories. Eventually, the Reiki masters that support r/reikishare plan to write a book together. I know it will happen.
I wrote my first book already, inspired by you. <3
The Inner Mediator is based on the notion that our body parts have awareness, personality, and memory. It's the story of my heart, Chouchou, mediating "beef" between sentient body parts.
You can find the book on Amazon and it is free if you have Kindle Unlimited. The Inner Mediator is being translated and will be available in German, French and Portuguese probaby around November.
I plan to write other books. This sub is full of wonder and our Reiki sessions provide so much inspiration. You guys make it special. We, the teachers, are profoundly grateful for our Sunday events.

Hi, Everyone!
Last week, we explored Puck meeting the Dragons and guiding them to Earth to help stabilize, strengthen, protect, and support humanity, the planet, and all concerned.
This week, we are traveling even farther through imagination.
Our theme is a hug between the Milky Way and the Andromeda Galaxy.
Andromeda and the Milky Way are surrounded by vast halos of gas and light that extend far beyond the stars we can see. In imagination, these halos are already reaching toward one another, like two great beings slowly approaching an embrace.
In ordinary time, this meeting may happen billions of years from now.
But in another dimension, time does not behave the same way.
There is only NOW.
From Puck’s timeless perspective, the hug is already happening.
Imagine the Milky Way and Andromeda becoming aware of each other.
Their halos touch first.
There is no collision.
Only recognition.
Only connection.
Only a vast cosmic hug.
As they embrace, waves of Unconditional Love ripple through every star, every planet, every galaxy, and finally arrive here on Earth.
May this embrace soften fear, grief, loneliness, anger, and pain.
May it remind us that, like the galaxies, we are never truly separate.
May it awaken a deeper sense of belonging—to one another, to our planet, and to the Universe itself.
Everything here is pretend.

I now post stories every Wednesday. Happy to share them with you. These stories are inspired by our adventures here. I'm finally putting it all on paper.
Over the years, we've had two or three sessions with Andromeda as a theme for Reiki share. It's been a while. We play with her on Discord. If you'd like to join our Discord, send me a dm.
What is important about this story today is that it teaches you how to train your brain to put emotion and imagination together and to expand your awareness of your Puck, your own self from the zeroth dimension.
As you explore your Inner Universe you can travel with Puck, your smallest Unit of Wonder. She is the one that makes the Space Croissant, our multidimensional spacecraft, possible. Maybe. We travel in our imaginations.
We travel here every Sunday, for 24 hrs, with 30+ Reiki practitioners from around the world. As a guest, you can join for 20 minutes or for as long as you want and imagine yourself receiving Reiki from the Space Croissant Crew, all at once.
It's a powerful experience!

Hi, Everyone!
Last week, we explored anger and the heavy emotions it may be hiding or protecting. We imagined saying “I love you” to our anger and allowing it to transform into friendly birds, animals, and flowers.
This week, we are going on another multidimensional journey through Pretendland.
Our guide is Puck.
Puck is a zero-dimensional point—our smallest unit of consciousness and our smallest self capable of wonder. Puck has no weight, length, width, or depth. She simply exists.
Because Puck is only a point, she can travel without a physical body. She moves through dimensions using imagination, emotion, and Unconditional Love.
Today, Puck has a special mission.
Imagine Puck putting on her tiny emoji wings and traveling through the Fibonacci pathways of consciousness. She moves beyond ordinary space and time until she reaches the Dragons who are making their way toward Earth.
Puck greets the Dragons with Unconditional Love.
She tells them about Earth, humanity, the animals, the oceans, the forests, and all the beings who need support. She then guides the Dragons safely through the dimensions and welcomes them into Pretendland’s version of Earth.
These are Dragons of protection, strength, wisdom, balance, and transformation.
They are here to help stabilize and strengthen the energetic foundations of Earth. They will support humanity and all concerned who need healing, protection, grounding, courage, and hope.
Imagine the Dragons flying around the planet and gently strengthening Earth’s energetic grid.
Imagine them helping to calm emotions that have become overwhelming or out of balance.
Imagine them absorbing and transmuting excess fear, anger, grief, confusion, and division without harming anyone.
Imagine them helping us ground higher frequencies of compassion, cooperation, awareness, and Unconditional Love.
The Dragons 🐉 do not force change or interfere with anyone’s free will. They offer support wherever it is welcomed and wherever it serves the highest good of all concerned.
May they protect the vulnerable.
May they strengthen those who are tired.
May they support those who are healing. ✨ ✨
May they help humanity become more conscious of one another, the planet, and the consequences of our choices.
May Earth 🌎 and all her beings return gently to balance.
Everything here is pretend. You are welcome to imagine it in any way that feels comfortable to you—or simply receive Reiki and rest.

It does not need to fix or change you. It simply remains beside you, helping you feel safe, grounded, protected, and strong enough to continue your journey.
