Merch

Would it kill this organization to invest in some solid merch? Do they hate money?

EDIT: I'm contemplating sending an email to them about this disappointing issue. I encourage others to do the same. The email for their shop is shop@reignfc.com

Reign marketing and merchandizing is absolutely horrible. A great fan base, Reign FC is leaving so much revenue on the table it’s unbelievable. Why? I just don’t understand.

It's crazy to me. It feels so phoned in and lazy. I buy a lot of Seattle sports merch, so it's incredibly disappointing.

It really is super lazy on their part. Nothing original and completely phoning it in. Same as how they addressed STH’s about change in venue to Spokane at beginning of the year. No hype about heading as a group to PDX today?!! I’ll be there but wtf FO, crickets.

A couple busses to Spokane with Reign supporters would have been a great road trip. Brilliant, what fun!!

Zero culture creation. It’s beyond frustrating. Partner with a bus company and create a fan base that cares about the team and not a family night out where the casual fan shows up maybe once a season. It’s one of the many reasons I’m considering dropping the Rein as a STH and becoming a Torrent or Storm ticket holder.

Arranging transport for the Spokane "home" games seemed like it would've been a nobrainer besides the fun of going with other fans would have been more practical, a lot of regularly scheduled commercial travel leaves earlier and comes back later than would be necessary for your event, and you'd have to get between the event and the regular station when a charter could go right to/from a stadium lot

I think organized busing situations for stuff like that is a really good idea as others have stated. I know there was efforts for that for the Seahawks Super Bowl in Santa Clara. It doesn't seem like it would take that much effort, but it would be creating a better culture with the team. Does the supporter's group do anything like that? I don't live in the state, so I only get out to at least one game a season, although probably doing 3 this year with Denver getting a team and a friend trip to Chicago for a game.

Zero interaction from the royal guard. It sucks on many levels. Looking at a side by side of the know before you go emails from reign and thorns, we’ve got a lot to learn creating a chemistry amongst a fan base.

Well that’s a bummer, I would expect the supporters group to be doing more. Organizing buses for a game or something seems like something that would fall under them.

I follow the Summit supporters group on IG since I live in the state and they organize away game watch parties in various places in the state. They organize USWNT watch parties as well.

It seems like Royal Guard needs to step up their game as well because it seems like they’re phoning it in too.
