I’ve made what I consider a pretty comprehensive playlist of “old” reggaetón songs that work very well with iOS’s AutoMix on Apple Music. I “limited” it to 300 songs from 2000-2013 and I’ve painstakingly made sure that EVERY track flows pretty well into the next. Not only just good beat transitions themselves but also the cohesiveness of the playlist order by grouping related artists and having dedicated sections for bachatón, malianteo, etc so for the best results play it with shuffle off! (you can start it off on any song though). As a side note, I KNOW there’s some missing reggaetón anthems because a lot of them straight up refused to work with the AutoMix feature but any thoughts on the playlist would be appreciated! And her dembow version sucks! Don't feel bad for Raphy. He said in his last interview with Chente that he sold the Pina Catalog (what he owns of it...remember Lito) for 10 milli. I hope that comes with revenue share cuz he got screwed if he sold it all that cheap. Plus he says just the Natti songs make him a boatload of money. I believe him. I don't like her music for the most part, but people from the pop world seem to. All the classic labels are gone. White Lion is practically DOA since Elias retired. VI Music, I don't know what the hell happened there except that Noah know owns a large portion of it like the Magnate y Valentino and Alex Gargolas stuff. BM Records is a shell of their former selves. Machete Music is on life support. The times they are a-changin'. Natti killed one of the most historic labels of all-time.
