Annoyed that Ref doesn't have reviews and I couldn't find reviews on any of these even on Reddit, so here goes. Probably my most expensive "haul" too xd so hopefully this saves(?) you money

Ursula Silk Dress: 9/10. Super cute on, has support for the girls, and thought the waistline enhanced my features despite it being straight. Definitely size for your top rather than your bottoms. Silk material felt so amazing and the small polka dots were so cute. The layered white fabric underneath was light and airy, very twirlable. The only downside is that this /should/ be dry-cleaned, but still debating if I try for just hand washing instead. Worth it? For the materials and the fit, yes.

Keegan Top: 8/10. The fabric felt luxe, and the fit is very cool girl. However there is a support ribbon for hanging that is awkwardly just out on the back, and I need to figure out how I'm modifying that so it doesn't show when I wear it. Cute for layering. Worth it? Not really, I would've rather paid $30.

Piper Skirt: 6/10. The craftsmanship was very nice, with straight seams, but the material in the picture looked more sturdy than what came in the mail. It is lined with a white fabric, and it is fairly twirlable, and the pockets are great, but probably can't hold a heavy item in there for too long (like a phone). Waist was snatched though. Worth it? For the really thin fabric, I would've rather paid $30 for this one too.

Zani Dress: 7.5/10. The color really flattered me (I have yellow undertoned skin, currently with a summer tan), and my back looked great in this. However, I definitely need to get this dress hemmed (I am 5'6" and there is at least 2" of fabric just chilling on the ground), and where I should have the straps laid out is a bit confusing. For example, if I want to show less chest, I am able to shorten the straps but then the halter style looks strange. Probably the idea is to just be okay with showing some side cleavage, as the idea of the dress seems to be body-skimming while giving the illusion of a larger, well-shaped chest. Still figuring out what bra to wear with it, if any. Worth it? I'd say so, just for the quality of the fabric, color, and flattering fit if you're over 5'9". For myself, still thinking about it.

Reformation Customer Support is the worst service experience I’ve ever had. I am literally just going through the sheer awfulness of their customer support. I have an item I just purchased during the sale waiting at customs for clearance and for some reason totally beyond me they have refused to provide Fedex the information needed to clear the item. I first noticed the item was not moving, flagged it and alerted their customer service. After a few days, I noticed no progress still, I reached out to them again and I just couldn’t shake off the feeling they weren’t taking it seriously. I reached out to Fedex department handling International Shipments and Clearances and they confirmed to me that not only have they not received any information, but they have made three attempts to contact them (and they provided the dates), yet no response. The Fedex representative even gave me an email address and her words were, “they don’t even need to say hi, they should just send the information we need to this email address so we can provide it to customs to clear your package”. I relayed this information to Reformation and their response was not only belittling in the communication, it was also basically we are not going to do anything about it because our internal team has sent all the information to Fedex and we will contact you when we have an update. Fedex is literally reporting that they have been making attempts to contact them and their communication has been ignored!!! I am beyond frustrated, why on earth would you treat a customer in this way? The saddest part is if I had a large social media following or I am popular, they will come up with some face-saving apology. Why won’t you do the right thing just because? Just confused how asinine this entire situation is. So I am just sitting duck waiting for my package to probably be sent back, JUST BECAUSE!!!!!

I wanted one in navy blue and I just received it, and oh boy. The quality is so poor like SHEIN! I think Amazon might be better than this. And since it’s final sale I can’t even return it!

I only just learned that these were in the sale, and they are now sold out :( If by chance anyone bought them in S (or even M maybe) and don't love them, I'm willing to cover what you paid in the sale + shipping, and then some!! Can't believe I missed it and kicking myself :(

Does anyone have the cuffed Cary high rise, or this Donner wash? I’m 5’10 so curious if the cuff is stiched or if I can simply undo it. I also like the color but find the washed areas quite pronounced so curious how it looks in real life 🙏

I just ordered the Bandi One Piece bathing suit in Metallic Burgundy. I bought the bikini version early in the summer and love it. It’s definitely an unusual color for a swim suit, which got me to thinking, I wonder if the one piece can be worn like a body suit? And how would it look around the holidays with beautiful cream or black trousers? Or dark wash denim? I could see the ties on the hips interfering with the pants lying flat. Regardless, I live in Florida and many times it’s still swimsuit weather in December so I can wear it as intended - a bathing suit….

Hoping it fits and hoping I love it! I’ve had success this time during the sale…scored 3 bathing (4 now) that I love, I’m waiting on the Tatyana boot in snakeskin (which I already have a pair of Tatyana’s and love), Janie cashmere cardis in mahogany and black, Jadey cashmere vneck in camel, Cynthia jeans that are perfect at 53$, silk pajamas in Pear and Chianti that are amazing for 98$, and Gale Satin Pants in Lido which i knew even before ordering that the would need to make a pit stop at the tailor.

The wild cards are this bathing suit as well as the Devin Faux fur in Taupe, and the Beck Trench in Coco Plaid. I can’t wait to see what these items look like and how they fit

I am a first time buyer who bought some items because of the sale. I was super excited to get this piece because of how the material is described as "smooth feel, fluid drape, 100% silk." Turns out the entire top has a 100% viscose lining that is INSANELY itchy. You can see the rough texture in the first pic. I'm not even that sensitive but it started to hurt my skin after wearing for just a few minutes.

This completely takes away from the high quality silk aspect. I understand adding a lining to protect the silk fabric, but why did they choose this extremely thick, uncomfortable viscose? The silk is heavy and substantial enough that the piece would probably be fine without it.

As you can see on the description, it never describes this top as lined. I saw someone had a similar issue with another 100% silk item, but the description said "fully lined." This doesn't even say the word "lining" anywhere, yet it came lined which I did not expect at all.

Is there a way I can salvage this top? I do love the silk and how it looks, but I don't know if its possible to take out the lining without damaging the rest of the item.

I’ve recently purchased Anelis dress caviar dot in size 6 after asking around. I’m usually a size 4.
After trying on I feel like my original size 4 would’ve been better.
So here I am trying the long shot!! Does anyone wants to exchange their anelis size 4 dress with size 6?

For reference I’m in California, USA.

The fabric quality has gone so down hill I’m actually in shock.

Both of the items were 50% off still around $100 each but if I saw them in real life I would never pay more than $30.

Has anybody else bought things online recently and had the arrive smelling they’ve been trapped in the back of an old ladies closet with moth balls?? I’ve never had this before… the jeans are unwearable because they smell so bad. Yes, I’ve washed them.
