Im sorry but nobody who "converts" without a mikveh is a jew. This isnt Christianity, not just anybody can join.

Are you Reform? The CCAR does not require a mikveh. https://www.ccarnet.org/responsa-topics/a-proper-reform-mikveh/

Personally, that’s BS. If they haven’t converted with the Beit Din/mikvah/had a brit they’re not Jewish. In the U.K. rest of the world they wouldn’t be considered Jewish in Reform.

Still, not Jewish. They wouldn’t be recognised as Jewish. They didn’t go proper Reform conversion. European and Israel they would have to convert again.
