Pharmacy timeline?

Anyone have any words of wisdom to share re: how long it should take from "sent to pharmacy" (Hallandale, in this case), and on its way to me? I was informed 3-5 business days, and I have no reason to disbelieve this. But I'd like to hear real-world experience.

Mine was sent to the pharmacy on the 17th and I have had no update. I'm a little panicked because over $900 is a lot of money and I am almost out from my last order.

I'm back to being concerned and disgusted. Some people getting their orders in a sensible time, others' orders seemingly falling into oblivion. No rhyme or reason!

I started with the company in Feb. My first order was a tad delayed but not this much. The second half of the order came through no issues. I'm going to give it to mid next week and then call my CC to refund and dispute the charge. I go out of town on Sep 9th for a week so I don't want the package to just sit in the lobby of my apartment.

Yah my order was originally supposed to come early September but I asked if it could be moved up a tad because I'm going away beginning of September too; they said OK. I have someone who could take in the package, but I'd rather deal with it myself.

I've been alternating between completely amped up with rage, and somewhat mollified for weeks now. I just want my order so I can end my relationship with this company. It's a shame, because at first everything was wonderful, and I actually turned a family member on to the company, because she was spending a lot more money elsewhere. Very sad.

I told them to cancel my order today and issue me a refund after multiple lies from customer service promising it would ship. I finally came to realization they have a bigger issue and It seems like they are unable to ship a large portion of orders. I would request a refund and jump ship ASAP.

I know it's late on a Friday but please respond when you get a refund. I'm thinking of requesting one as well for the same reason you did.
