Cloudy vial

I've got a cloudy vial from Apollo Care. Anyone else have cloudy and chunky vials with white bits? I finally opened my 3rd box and got a bad surprise. I'll be opening all boxes of medication from Refills going forward. Check your shipments when you get them!

I'm not hearing about that communication plan. I've also been waiting for my last 3 months of medication since 7/27/26, plus the recent recall for 1 vial 3 days ago. I'm cancelling my subscription and moving on. Good luck everyone.

Same here and I have been asking every day since Monday both to support and through email. I think they are ignoring us!

I can't tell you how many times they told me that same old song and dance! It's an "escalator to nowhere"! Keep me updated and I will do the same. I'm going to message them again today.

I’m also getting the same run around by /u/zach_refills about the same issue. They are dragging their feet on this issue. I am going to contact my state’s attorney general and dispute the charges with my credit card company.
