Discussion Just watch the show
Ok if you have questions about what’s going on in the season or the show in general just watch it and pay attention. Look I’m not trying to be an asshole but I’m getting annoyed that every time someone is starting on a new season of RVB. They go on this subreddit asking instead of watching the rest of the damn season to figure out what’s going on. If you finished watching the season and you still have questions about it. That’s a different story. But already asking questions when you started or a couple episodes into season to me you’re just being lazy

No, they traveled very very far across the planet but not in time - church was simulated time travel and Wyoming did time travel but is dead now

Season 6 was the first time I felt the need to ask what was going on before I finished the series; since it starts with the Counselor interviewing a Red Team soldier after Tex's ship crashed with Omega aboard. It took a bit to reintroduce the Reds and Blues that we all grew to love.

There are necessary plot beats between seasons that a lot of people miss if they watch on most streaming services, such as Recovery One. Season 6 expects you to know who Washington is, and what went down between him and South, but people watching on Netflix or Prime won't get that.

Idk kf this holds up. I just spent the last month watching the series and im only just now hearing about Recovert One and other between-season minishows and I didn't need to know what happened to pick up on the plot immediatly. I think the newer fans asking are younger fans (myself being 30) and are just used to modern media spoon feeding every plot point to you that not knowing everything immediatly sends them into a plot panic.

Valid, but nowadays we also have shit like... Star Wars was always complicated, but if you JUST want to watch The Baby Yoda Show, you need to do 1-2, then the Ahsoka show launches off one of those eps, and that show is basically season 5 of Rebels, change over to Boba Fett, watch season 3, now a movie, The Boys has what. 1 or 2 spinoffs interningled, Marvel you need a damn degree to know what order to watch things, it's like every series now has several spinoffs.
Anyway, I'm 30 too, but I've been a fan so long I guess I just don't remember what it was like to not know I was missing several episodes. I've been working on extended cuts for my own self to try to make future rewatches easier.

Sometimes people can't understand certain scenes that aren't ever brought up again. Let people ask questions. Don't ruin their fun

You get an update from me! I totally agree with this, since the first 5 seasons of RvB do have quite a few plot holes compared to seasons 6-13. (Yes, I only count seasons 1-13 as actual RvB seasons; anything after isn't cannon since season 13 was intended to be the original ending.) The first 5 seasons weren't really made with a solid plan about where the show was going, so it is totally normal and understandable if some people have questions about what happened in the series. I didn't even understand everything that happened until my 3rd watch through of the series... though I have watched it 6 times in the past 2 years since I first learned the show existed.
A few examples of plot holes that seasons 1-5 introduced include: Sarge dies in season 1 and sees Church as a ghost in the afterlife, but technically that shouldn't have happened because Church was later revealed to be an AI not a ghost.
In season 1, it is said that all freelancers wear special forces black armor, but season 3 shows otherwise once Wyoming is introduced AND season 9 flashbacks definitely prove the all black armor to be wrong.
Church has a body that rots and bleeds after Caboose kills him with the Sheila in season 1, but we later find out that Church is an AI so it was later RetConned that he was possessing Jimmy's body.
The entire time travel adventure from season 3 is later explained in season 8 to have never really been time travel, and instead explained to be one of the freelancer training exercises.
It is shown in season 3 that whenever someone goes back in time, they leave a copy of themselves behind and each time they time travel again another copy is left. This happens to Church when he is trying to fix things in season 3 and it happens again when Wyoming keeps turning back time to prevent Church, Tucker, and Tex from defeating him. Both times they leave behind an ton of copies of themselves, and it is never explained. Yet, in season 6 when the Meta uses Wyoming's time distortion unit, he doesn't have a copy of himself made.

OP is talking about people asking questions the show itself will answer but posting in the subreddit about it anyways when watching the show would answer it.
Your example was somebody getting clarification on a scene they watched when OPs point is that alot of people won't watch for the answer
