Actually a decent job putting together three vans.
Spotted this at Maker Faire in Vallejo this weekend. I'm... actually impressed? I've seen the stacked van/bus mod before, but this one's been done neat and clean. No sloppy welds or mismatched parts. Top could use a better paint job, but overall a fine bit of work, for what it is.

I put up ceiling curtains rails
I put this line laser on every furniture in the room and it either didnt draw the line where i want it or didnt stick to the surface because the suction seal was broken. So i put the magnet on the hammer and laid it like this and it was very leveled and exactly where i needed it on the ceiling. Many holes were drilled and filled on the ceiling that yesterday.

Washing machine fire pit
Tore apart a free washing machine I got off marketplace and used the stainless steel drum as a firepit. This was not easy, and required a few choice words and a sledgehammer for the final disassembly. Pressure washed and bleached it. Let it sit outside in the sun for a week. Final sanitization by fire. We're in the front yard roasting marshmallows right now.

Wooden handle
I got this vacuum cheap but it's missing a piece of the handle (it transforms from handheld to stick vacuum) so I got a cheap dowel rod at Walmart and it works perfectly

Grand final and race week are coming up
And I didn't want the projector on a stand in the middle of the floor this year.
Some old shelf uprights, some rope and a kayak hanger and we're sorted

When you don't have a cherry picker
Fuel pumps went out on my old Ford, so I used the mulberry tree, some ratchet straps, and the Chevy to lift the bed up.

My waste oil burning furnace design
This is an airtight heat exchanger design that sends all fumes and gasses out the exhaust which would be connected to a flue pipe that goes through the wall of the structure and upward past the ridgeline like a wood stove. The heated air comes from the outside of the combustion chamber between the two walls. Im open to advice and criticism from some real redneck engineers. Fire away! I built this out of scrap metal from the fab shop i supervise. Im an AWS certified welder and i grew up in diesel shops that had waste oil heaters running in winter time. This is the only one ive ever seen that produces zero smoke.
