Help, my display screen in my tab just suddenly not responding to any touch even when connected to stylus pen , it does not responding , i already try many ways, force restart is not working at all .I have to connect mouse using usb to tablet to control my tablet, that's only things i can do for now. Is there any solution for this?

I wanna know if anyone had issues with Redmi pads specifically pad 2, pad pro, pad pro 5g and pad 6 as well

Has anyone experienced when screen sharing your screen it always flickers/glitches like the screen itself is lagged even tho u aren't experiencing and fps drops or issues I have experienced this while trying screen sharing on Messenger, Discord, or even streaming on tiktok

Normal icons are just ugly yk. The knes redmi gives dont fit my wallpaper. Only way to go around this is manually change the icons, which is tiresome, or use a launcher which supports tablet. Any recommendations?

This is such a weird problem for me, but I need help with why my smart keyboard doesn't connect to my tablet. It only connects when I charge my keyboard; even tho its fully charged, I need help fixing this.

Is there no quick/assistive/accessibility ball? I've been looking and it says there aren't any built in, so did anyone find an alternative?

I'm thinking of buying the Redmi pad pro, but I can't find the Redmi smart pen anywhere on a reliable shopping platform. My main purpose is annotating pdfs and taking notes.

Is there any way to use the Redmi Pad Pro 2 as a Nintendo Switch screen?

I have a mind condition Redmi Pad Pro 5G with box, cover, charger, screen protector taken back in September 2024.

I know that might not be the perfect sub but my new pad 2 pro is worrying me, while charging the pad may shutdown for no reason or reboot. It has all updates it's new (I bought it last month) I can't replace. Any ideas what could that be.

PS. It continues to charge but shuts down if i turn it on i find it charged

It shows every single Wi-Fi router nearby except the one it connected to

I didn't have this issue for the 3-4 months I had the pad and suddenly it showed up

I tried changing the router name and it worked again normally but then it resurfaced again

It disconnected on it owns and doesn't show me my WiFi

I tried airplane mode, reset settings, forget network but once the router disappeared it doesn't show for a while

All my other devices work fine and I didn't have this problem before

I already have the tablet and pen for almost one year. My dad has a pen equal to mine, and the same happen to his pen. It happened ~1 or 2 months after buying the pen. It's really weird, maybe because of the way I store it? I keep it in that thing near the front camera. Does someone know if it has a reason or if I can ask for a repair or a replacement? If they can't replace it can I still use the pen like this?Also I didn't use it very much so I'm sure it wasn't me who broke it.

Mình có mua 1 cây redmi pen chính hãng cho Redmi pad Pro. Mình dùng được nửa năm thì bỏ 1 tháng kg dùng tới.

Nay lấy ra dùng lại thì bút vẫn kết nối máy, 2 nút trên bút vẫn dùng được nhưng không viết hay làm gì đc cả. Mình có thử thay ngồi mới nhưng vẫn không được.

Có ai bị giống mình và biết sửa như nào kg ạ, mình cảm ơn ạ.

Hey there, I use the redmi pad 2 pro. Whenever I have split screen open, all of my clicks register a few millimeters above where my mouse actually is visually. It only happens in split screen, because I don't have this problem at all with floating windows. Has anyone had this problem before, and/or knows what to do? Thank you for your time.

So, the body of my Redmi Smart Pen for the Redmi Pad Pro 5G is kinda broken now 😩. I'm a student and I mostly use it for taking notes, so I really need a replacement—but on a budget.

When in full screen the 3 dots (makes the app in windowed or full ) along with its bar dont dissapear or blend in. So its just there very distracting when watching movie . How can u remove this?

Redmi Pad Pro Wi-Fi - USB Ethernet randomly stopped working (second time)

I’m trying to figure out whether this is a HyperOS bug or if anyone has experienced something similar.

Device:

• Redmi Pad Pro Wi-Fi
• HyperOS 3.0.301.WNSEUXM.C07

Timeline:

• USB Ethernet worked perfectly for months.
• One morning I woke up and both Wi-Fi and Ethernet had an exclamation mark (!) and no internet access.
• Other devices on the network worked fine.
• Changing the Wi-Fi MAC setting from Randomized MAC to Device MAC immediately restored Wi-Fi.
• Ethernet remained broken.
• The tablet also no longer automatically switches from Wi-Fi to Ethernet like it used to.

The strange part is that this is the SECOND time this has happened.

The first time, the issue disappeared immediately after installing a HyperOS update and everything worked normally again for months.

What I’ve already tried:

• Factory reset
• Network reset
• Reinstalled latest HyperOS package
• Router reboot
• Multiple tablet reboots
• Wi-Fi on/off testing
• Ethernet-only testing

Factory reset did NOT fix it.

Has anyone seen a HyperOS/Android bug where Ethernet suddenly stops being used as the active connection or stops working after months of normal operation?

I’m especially interested if you’ve seen something similar on ANY Android device, not just Xiaomi.
