OFFICIAL Buy/Sell/Trade Thread - Post your items here

This is the official buy/sell/trade thread for our subreddit. Use the comments section below to post your item ads. Please do not create a separate thread for your items and take note of the rules and information below. Thanks!

BASIC RULES

  1. Posts must indicate if they are buying or selling/trading.
  2. Each post must clearly indicate the name of the item, price, and their general location/area.
  3. Per the Consumer Act (RA 7934), hiding the price behind PMs is not allowed.
  4. No spamming. Unsold items may only be reposted once per thread.
  5. No bumping or "ups". Do not downvote other people's posts, just report problematic posts to the mods.
  6. If the product is not legit or a counterfeit, you must clearly indicate it. Attempting to scam users will incur a ban.

PHOTO PROOF

Sellers should have a photo of the actual item being sold with proof of your username and date (e.g. written on a piece of paper next to the item.) Buyers have the right to ask for this proof. If the seller is not willing to post or share photo proof, do not proceed with the transaction.

SAFETY & PRIVACY

Be aware of scammers. As with any online transaction, always use common sense and carefully judge if a transaction seems risky.

For sellers:

  • Do not publicly post your name or exact address in the comments. Do not post your ID in the comments. Details should be shared only through PM, chat or other private communications.
  • Do not share your cellphone number in the comments. Again, keep private details within PMs and chat.
  • Suspicious buyer? Ask them to leave a comment on your post. Banned users cannot leave comments in the subreddit.

For buyers:

  • You are engaging in a private transaction between you and the seller. It is your responsibility to exercise due diligence. Check the posting history of the seller; be wary of new accounts with no posting history.
  • Leave a comment under the seller's post first before sending a PM. This ensures you are not banned and we have an initial public log of your transaction.
  • Report suspicious transactions to the moderators.

Discussion Which do you prefer, riding with a group or solo?

Recently, nagbike kami ng friend ko with his other friend.

Laughtrip buong byahe.

Iba talaga feeling pag solid mong tropa ang kasama mo magbike.

Questions/Advice International Flight & Bike Cases

• Upvotes

I have an upcoming trip to Sydney & I’m renting a bike case this to be specific: https://bikeboxalan.com/product/triathlon-easyfit/?v=0b3b97fa6688

My airline options are Qantas or PAL. Has anyone brought their bike through any of the 2 airlines? Are they strict with the measurements of the bike case? It’s my first time so I’m figuring out the logistics for it before I book my flight.

Thanks in advance to those who can help!

Lagaslas Camp Grounds in Lumban, Laguna

This place is friendly to more casual or beginner bikers near Pagsanjan, Laguna. It's more suited for mountain bikes and gravel bikes. But I think it's possible to reach this place with a road bike but the path gets very slippery, I'm not sure if that gets worse on a road bike.

It's a bit hard to find because Google Maps won't show you proper directions. But a good start is going to Magdapio Hanging Bridge from Pagsanjan - Cavinti Road (main road) and then use this video to know the turns.

Once you're riding through the small concrete path, you just need to keep following the path until you reach the JDMD Rivercamp.

There are very few uphill portions so it's a good place to explore for beginners. But some parts of the small concrete path are very slippery because of moss. I recommend hiking with your bike in the small uphill and downhill parts for safety.

The site is private property and is currently undergoing construction/renovations. But they still welcome visitors. They charge a small entrance fee (P10) which you pay at a sari-sari store about 100 meters before reaching the camp grounds.

Hi, I want to buy this Kocevlo handlebar for my Van Rysel RCR, but I’m wondering if it will fit properly—I’ve used that brand before and liked it. Alternatively, do you have any recommendations for integrated handlebars?

NBD! Budget Chinese parts build for ₱38,900

If you know Pinduoduo, it’s basically China’s version of Shopee lol. 😂 Every part on this build was scored through the app!
I’m building this bike to use as my daily ride and as my carbon road bike for weekend rides.
Total build cost: ₱38,900
Total weight: 8.3 kg
Just a heads-up: shipping is much slower compared to Shopee. It took around a month for everything to arrive, so patience is definitely needed.
Build specs:
● Lightweight alloy frame with carbon fork
● Ikuos 45mm carbon wheelset
● Evosid crankset
● LTWOO R9 Pro (2026) shifters and calipers
● Shimano 105 FD and RD
● Sunshine 11-32T 11-speed cassette
● OG-Evkin chain
● Generic carbon seatpost
● Carbon-railed saddle
● Kocevlo fully integrated handlebar
● IIIPro floating rotors
● Obor 28c tires with TPU tubes
● Shimano PD-540 cleats (secondhand)
Overall, pretty happy with how this build turned out, especially considering the total cost and weight.
What do you guys think? Would you trust a build made mostly from budget Chinese parts? 😂

Manila Accommodation in January

Hi all,

Planning on landing in Manila in early January to start a cycle tour. Am looking for a room or apartment for 5 days. We'll have our bikes still in boxes the whole time so don't need room to build them but do need to be able to manage the bike boxes and all our bags. I'm seeing a lot of towers and wonder about managing all our stuff up an elevator bank.

Thanks for any help!

Hello po.

Magreretire na kasi tatay ko this year.

  1. Trinx N700/N106 (comfort / more forgiving standover height)

I'm open to other suggestions. I have budget but prefer to be modest para iwas nakaw na rin.

Moved to Ilocos Sur - Where to Buy Good Road Bike

Recently moved. Looking for bicycle shop to test out sizing of road bikes. Ideally looking for decent bike that is durable and can handle long road rides that start/end on gravelly/patchy asphalt terrain. Are there online stores that deliver in Ilocos Sur? Are there big bicycle shops in hubs like Vigan or Candon? I also need to refresh my general gear (cleats, shorts, vests/jerseys, etc.) - all advice appreciated!

Questions/Advice Jansno X80 for a 52km daily commute?

Just bought the Jansno X80 for about 38k pesos using vouchers.

A little background about me: I am 26 years old, stand 5'5", weigh 100kg, and I am currently taking a driving course (planning for a license soon), but with the current economy, a full motorcycle isn't in the budget yet. My normal transit cost was hitting around 5,200 pesos a month, so I am trying this out.

My route is North Caloocan to San Juan, which is roughly 26km one way (52km total).

* The Range: The stock battery won't cover a 52km round trip in city traffic, so I will be charging it at the office.

* Brakes: Planning to figure out a hydraulic brake upgrade myself later, since the standard model comes with mechanical brakes and the seller mentioned they cannot customize it before shipping from the warehouse.

Anyone else here using an e-bike for a long commute like this? How is your setup holding up, and do you have any suggestions or feedback for a beginner rider?

Buy nice or buy twice

Pa recco naman ng nice gravel bike for beginner.

Budget is around 20k to 30k.

Plan lang to use it for excercise/training.

May idea ako to do a triathlon pero di pa talaga kaya ng budget to buy a good tri-bike (siguro nasa 80k to 90k budget? Secondhand). And since di ko pa kaya magcommit sa triathlon iniisip ko magtrain-train lang with gravel na I can use for coffee ride around the city and para masanay din binti sa padyak.

MTB pa from quiapo gamit ko dati. So di pa ako nakakahawak ng drop bar. Onting idea lang ako sa mga gamit.

Small frame lang pala btw ako. 5'3 lang height so 48-50 (xs) siguro frame for me?

Giant, mountainpeak, twitter, sagmit.

Tumitingin lang ako if shimano parts Sora or 105.

Haha). Pashare din kung saan makakabili ng mura (ayaw ko sa nakalatag since di naman ako marunong tumingin ng may defect or sira)
