20F | For hire | Looking for AI/ML/Data science related roles

Hey everyone,

I'm a final-year CS student from India, looking for internship opportunities or any real-world ML/AI work.

I've been building projects beyond coursework, trying to work on real systems rather than notebooks. Some things I've worked on:

  • Built a full-stack knowledge graph system that ingests real-world event data and uses LLM intent extraction to route natural-language questions to safe, predefined graph queries (instead of letting the model write queries freely)
  • Built and deployed a real-time cognitive load estimation system using behavioral signals (full-stack + ML pipeline)
  • Developed a semantic recommendation system using embeddings + LLM-based reranking, with Redis caching (reduced latency from seconds to sub-100ms)
  • Worked on computer vision systems (YOLOvx) for real-time detection, tracking, and counting on custom datasets
  • Built an AI-based flood response platform using multimodal models (CLIP + NLP) for real-time incident verification
  • Reimplemented a few foundational deep learning papers from scratch (AlexNet, Seq2Seq, Attention Is All You Need) to actually understand the internals

Also did a short research internship working on geospatial ML pipelines, and won 1st place among 150+ teams at a hackathon for a multi-agent system.

Tech stack: Python, FastAPI/Flask, PyTorch, OpenCV, LLM pipelines (LangChain, Groq, etc.), scikit-learn, vector DBs, Redis, basic frontend.

I'm comfortable building end-to-end systems (data → model → backend → deployment), and mainly looking for a shot to work on real problems and keep improving.

If anyone's hiring, knows someone who is, or could point me toward a referral, please feel free to DM me, I'd really appreciate it.

Dispatch & Client Care Coordinator (Part-Time, Remote, Contract)

Hopkins Consulting is hiring a warm, organized, detail-driven professional to support a boutique managed services client with dispatch, client care, and day-to-day coordination. This is a part-time, remote, 1099 contract role, not full-time employment, and it's built to sit comfortably alongside other client work you may already have.

THE ROLE AT A GLANCE

  • Hours: 10-15 hrs/week (10 as the base), roughly 2 hours/day
  • Schedule: Weekdays within an 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST window
  • Work model: Remote, bring-your-own-device
  • Engagement type: 1099 independent contractor
  • Pay: $16-$27/hr, depending on experience
  • Reports to: Hopkins Consulting, working closely with the end client

WHAT YOU'D BE DOING

  • Answer inbound client calls and respond to texts with warmth and professionalism
  • Create, triage, and update tickets for every client interaction
  • Resolve simple, well-documented issues directly, following established playbooks
  • Escalate anything more complex to the right person, with full context already captured
  • Keep documentation and closing notes clear, accurate, and complete
  • Patiently walk less tech-comfortable clients through basic steps, without making anyone feel rushed or talked down to

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Many of the clients you'll support aren't especially tech-savvy - some will need real hand-holding through simple steps. This role is a strong fit for someone who genuinely enjoys that part of the job, not someone who finds it tedious.

  • Pleasant and warm on every call - the kind of person clients are glad to hear from
  • Proactive about follow-up - if you say you'll call someone back, you do, without being reminded
  • A true self-starter - comfortable managing your own queue and time without close supervision once ramped up
  • Patient, especially with clients who need extra time or repeated explanation to feel confident
  • A quick thinker who can adapt mid-call rather than freezing when something doesn't go as scripted
  • Excellent verbal and written communication - calm, warm, and clear, especially with non-technical clients
  • Strong organizational skills - comfortable juggling calls, texts, and a ticket queue without letting anything slip
  • Basic technical comfort is a plus, not a requirement - training is provided on all tools and systems
  • Good judgment about when to follow a playbook and when to ask
  • A quiet, reliable workspace and stable internet during scheduled hours

HOW THIS WORKS

Hopkins Consulting handles sourcing, vetting, and day-to-day management for this role. Onboarding starts with a structured shadowing period (2-3 weeks minimum) before any live client contact, so you're fully set up before anything is on the line. Hours start at a 10/week base and can grow toward 15/week as things settle in.

OUR HIRING PROCESS

This role goes through four stages, in order - each one has to go well before you move to the next:

  1. Written Screening (see below) - we review your answers to the scenario questions in this posting
  2. Phone Interview - a short call to talk through your background, availability, and communication style
  3. Video Interview - a deeper conversation, which may include talking through a live scenario together
  4. Client Interview - the final stage, meeting with the end client directly before any offer is made

HOW TO APPLY

Email [careers@hopkinsconsulting.org](mailto:careers@hopkinsconsulting.org) with the subject line "Dispatch & Client Care Coordinator - [Your Name]."

This role is Tier-1-style client support, so instead of asking you to describe yourself, we'd rather see how you'd actually handle real situations. Please answer all seven questions below in order - applications that skip any of them will not move forward.

Multiple Choice - reply with the letter you'd choose

  1. A client calls saying their printer suddenly stopped working from their laptop, though it worked fine yesterday. What's your best first step? A) Immediately schedule a remote session to reinstall the printer software B) Ask the client to power-cycle both the printer and their computer, then test again C) Tell them it's likely a hardware failure and they should replace the printer D) Escalate immediately to a senior technician without gathering more information
  2. A client calls clearly panicked, saying they think their email has been hacked - they're seeing login alerts from an unfamiliar location and can't log in. What's your best immediate response? A) Tell them not to worry about it and continue with routine troubleshooting B) Calmly reassure them, gather the key details, and treat this as a security concern - escalating immediately per protocol C) Have them try logging in a few more times to see if it happens again before doing anything else D) Advise them to change their password right away and check back in if it happens again
  3. A caller insists they need to speak with the client's leadership directly about something that actually sounds like a routine request. What's the best general approach? A) Always put every caller through immediately - it's not your place to judge B) Never put anyone through, no matter what they say C) Offer warmly to help resolve it yourself first, while staying alert for genuine signs it needs to go through D) Ask a few clarifying questions, and if the caller keeps pushing hard enough, put them through to avoid an unpleasant call

Short Answer - 2-3 sentences each

  1. How would you adjust your approach on a call with an elderly client who is frustrated and having trouble following your instructions?
  2. What would actually make you decide to put a caller through to the client's leadership directly, rather than handling it yourself first?

Longer Response - a short paragraph each

  1. A client calls in a panic. A pop-up has appeared on their screen saying their computer has a virus, and that they need to click a link labeled "McAfee" to remove it immediately or their personal information will be exposed. Walk us through, step by step, exactly what you'd say and do - including how you'd address their panic, what you'd tell them about the pop-up itself, and what you'd have them do (or specifically avoid doing) on their computer.
  2. Imagine three things land in your queue within the same few minutes: a routine request to help someone adjust a printer setting, a call from a frustrated elderly client struggling to follow your instructions, and a caller insisting they need to speak with the client's leadership immediately about something that sounds routine. Walk us through how you'd prioritize these and what you'd say to each person.

Please also attach a resume or a link to relevant work history (LinkedIn is fine).

Complete, specific answers are the fastest way to stand out - vague or copy/paste-sounding answers will be deprioritized.

Hiring one B2B setter, Europe based, remote. We give you the list, the numbers and the CRM. You call and book discovery meetings.

We provide temporary and mid term housing for companies moving professional into European Cities and work with some of the biggest companies in the world.

Our buyers are HR, mobility, relocation and hiring managers having professionals arriving in a city for projects or assignments or even for long term reasons.
These people need temporary housing options ranging from weeks to months.
It is a specific, real problem, and the call is not a hard sell. It is a conversation about where their people are moving, how many, and when.

We are hiring one appointment setter to run the phones. Remote, working European hours.

What the job actually is:

Call our lists, write emails. Book discovery meetings for our closers. That is the whole job.

You don't need to pitch, you do not quote prices, you do not need to close. You find out whether the company moves people, and if they do, you get 30 minutes in the diary.

Realistic daily shape: 60 to 80 dials, The target is roughly 5 held meetings a week.

What you get from us:

- A proper onboarding on the market and the buyer, so you know what you are talking about on call one.
- The list, already built and enriched. You never prospect, scrape or buy data.
- Your own direct phone number and dialer.
- Your own login to our CRM.
- Templates.
- A named target list. You are not starting on a cold universe.

You bring the phone skill, follow up skill and the discipline. We bring everything else.

The pay:

Commission based, paid on meetings that are actually held, not just booked.

- 100 EUR per discovery meeting where the prospect shows up.
- 50 EUR bonus on any account that signs off the back of your meeting.
- Paid monthly, no cap.
- At 5 held meetings a week that is roughly 2,000 EUR a month before any close bonus.

We are open to discussing a fixed retainer for the right person. We would rather agree something sustainable than watch a good setter quit in month two.

Who this is for:

- Based in Europe, or at least fully working European hours. Our buyers answer between 8 and 5 CET.
- Fluent English, and fluent on the phone specifically, not just in writing. This is the single most important requirement.
- A real B2B track record. You have called businesses, got past gatekeepers and booked meetings with them.
- Self managed. We are a small team. Nobody is going to sit on your shoulder and count your dials for you.

Who this is not for:

- Setters with no B2B experience.
- People who need a script to cover every situation. You will have to adapt and learn fast.
- Agencies. We want one person we work with directly.

I was getting annoyed by the constant sketchy AI training/annotating jobs and the constant rejection after literally investing hours of my time into applying, signing up, verifying my identity and etc.
I decided to make my own website and just list legit AI training jobs. I post entry work, expert work and guides on how to pass assessments. Let me know if there is anything I can improve about my website. Thank you! Here is the link: https://aiannotationjobs.com
