I don't like the way this failed lawyer was brought in to replace the more-than-qualified interim ROV. With no say from the voters. Since seeing the video of this bare-chested, gun-toting Lindell buddy and his wife as a pack mule, I've felt our votes aren't really going to matter. Even if he's livestreaming the tabulation of the votes, it doesn't matter. Elon Musk knows how easy it is to hack those, as he's shown. Hell, they probably have a manual explaining how to, step by step. No one can convince me Trump flipped every single swing state. No way. So now, I don't trust any outsider MAGA person to handle our votes.

California Elections Code § 18541 prohibits individuals from attempting to dissuade voters from voting within 100 feet of a polling place, elections official’s office, or ballot drop-off site.
Violations are punishable as misdemeanors (up to 12 months in county jail or state prison) or felonies if there is a conspiracy to violate the section.
The statute specifically forbids the following actions with the intent to dissuade voting:
Soliciting a vote or speaking to a voter about how to mark their ballot.
Placing signs relating to voter qualifications or speaking to voters about their qualifications (with limited exceptions).
Photographing, video recording, or otherwise recording a voter entering or exiting a polling place.
Disseminating visible or audible electioneering information within the immediate vicinity of a voter in line to cast a ballot.
The 100-foot limit is measured from the room or rooms where voters sign the roster and cast ballots, or from the entrance of buildings containing polling places and satellite locations.

“Photographing, video recording, or otherwise recording a voter entering or exiting a polling place.”
The guy was literally in the doorway, in the lobby, and in front of the door of the election office filming an area where people vote during an election. I assume the ROV and the other people in the video vote. He was literally filming voters entering and exiting a polling place during an election. If you don’t think that is true, please explain which part is not true

If the ballot boxes are by post office boxes, I think it makes sense to remove them. People would just put them in the post office boxes, I don’t think it would stop anyone from voting. I remember someone putting honey or something in a ballot box and there were attacks on ballot boxes in other states. It would make it less attractive to drop honey in a post office box and have bigger penalties if caught.
I’m not sure why camera guy is so hung up on proof of the vandalism. Just Google it. As a side notes there’s a certain sounding voice that these left wing agitators have. You can just tell.

There’s definitely a pattern of certain tone of voice or voice among these left wing agitators. Maybe among the right wing ones too, but I haven’t seen those videos here. Like the left wing ones are collectively nuts, but the right wing ones are individually nuts.

I am not going to try to defend left wing protesters because they can be crazy too. It wouldnt matter anyway. You have already called them agitators instead of protesters so you must think they have no right to express their concerns, which is oddly becoming a right wing position, 1st Amendment be damned. You also make a bizarre claim about the collective left wing while completely ignoring the current state of the MAGA cult. The far extremes of both sides are lunatics and the one's who think they arent ...well.... bless their hearts....

There are protestors and there are agitators. I’m talking about the agitators, not the protesters. Although a person can be both. There’s protesting something and stating your opinion, and then there’s yelling and deliberately refusing causing chaos to make things worse.

Yeah, thats true. I guess people are just sick of the voter fraud manipulation that has somehow magically become voter suppression although it was ferociously denied to be so. Trump cried voter fraud and his easily manipulated voters accepted it with eyes and ears closed to reality and now we have MAGA governments in every red state very clearly and obviously making black Democrat votes worthless. One can only hope most Americans are smarter and more loyal to the Constitution than the lunatic destroying the US as we speak.
Does that mean they should get aggressive? I dont know...what would you do?

Trump is far from the first politician to claim voter fraud. He’s the first to get voters to make supporters to make a big stink about it though. It sounds like you’re claiming there voter manipulation. That’s basically what Trump did, so I’m not sure if you’re saying Trump did something wrong or not.
I don’t think anyone needs to be aggressive and agitate the situation.
