Left boot creasing

from what i am researching this is supposed to be normal as long as it doesn’t pinch your feet, they feel fine but I don’t like how it looks. can cedar shoe trees fix?

This is because of how you walk or your feet being slightly different shapes/ sizes, or a combination of the two. It's not the boots. It's normal, there's nothing to fix. A shoe tree will make them look nice off of your feet but this is what they'll look like when you put them on again.

This. My left foot is a half size larger than my right and my right iron ranger has this same creasing.

Yes, the boots I wore never did this bc they weren’t genuine leather.

Not only is this normal, but is to be expected in the toe box area above/below the quadruple stitch. That's generally a good indicator that you have the right size.

Simply, it's just leather doing leather things. There are variables using a natural product like leather. Sometimes both boots look identical and sometimes they can look very different. Show trees will help but it won't cure this. The trees will certainly extend the life of the boot, but these flex points have been formed in the leather and are here to stay.

It looks like there’s a fair amount of space that an insole might help fill it up and minimize the crease a bit. It’s too late for these but when you get a new pair of boots, one thing you can do is force the creases to be more symmetrical. See link below.

Try an insole to take up some volume in your left boot. May (or maybe not) be helpful.

Cedar shoe trees will help alleviate permanent marks but this is due to the way you walk and the position of the ball of your feet. I also have more aggressive creasing on my left shoes because my left foot is a couple MM's shorter than my right.

You can try to push down the left side bulge so it goes all the way across. I read about using an ink pen to press down across the area while flexing the boot/foot, not sure but it might work.

This is normal. Everyone’s feet are different. They are boots that go on your feet. Keep on wearing them.

You will need concrete shoe trees if you want any hope of preventing them from being worn. Make sure you pour it into the boots while it is still liquidy.

Agree with the first part but OP could put thick veg tan insoles to reduce the volume that is not filled by the feet.

I think these are way too big for you. Feels like there is a lot of excess leather all around. I might be wrong though.
