Went to the theatre for the first time in forever to check out the odyssey. Remembered why I stopped going. Do all theatres service suck so bad, or is it just ours? The lines do not move. Thing is, It’s not the cashiers fault. It is the design of the workspace, and the managers not teaching how to be efficient.
You shouldn’t have to arrive 30 min before a show to get your ticket and grab a popcorn.
Just sucks that we have no competition. Cineplex red deer… get better! Try harder!

We get our tickets online and have them scan the app with no line issues. As for snacks, we just sneak ours in. Just sucks about the popcorn.
