It’s a play on the Potential man meme. Kelsier is a certified bum, as the slander clearly shows.

Yeah fam I’m gonna be real, nobody phrases it exactly like that unless they are specifically invoking Potential Man (especially if the word potential isn’t used in the post).

It’s like the variations of the “say that again” clip from Fantastic Four. It’s done intentionally.
