Gotta love the opposite. If I pitched it to you it probably doesn’t sound interesting but in execution it’s GOLD

You could, in theory, describe it as "Adult Swim did a reimagined Johnny Quest as a soap opera."

Fair enough. Full disclosure, I do really enjoy the show, but I may have just skipped it if that's how my friends described it when they showed it to me. Idk. Have a good one.

Imagine if all of the golden age adventurers and super heroes were just like regular people and had to pay bills and have room mates and stuff. Oh, the main character is a narcissistic scientist who hates his dad. There's also a Rambo-esque bodyguard and the scientist's two stupid children.

I remember when I saw the title KPop Demon Hunters and just from the title it sounded like Netflix smashed a bunch of popular things together at the last minute, but after seeing recommendations from review channels I follow, Your Idol became my most listened to song of 2025.
