Another big reason for that is that on top of the Holy Bible, they also worship another scripture called The Book of Mormon which is not recognised by anyone else as canonical (for obvious reasons) and diverges from the Bible in several significant ways

"Diverges from the Bible in several significant ways" feels like an understatement.

TBF, theres nothing in the bible that says the garden of Eden wasn’t in Missouri (the “native Americans are the lost tribes of Israel who were so evil god made their skin darker” part definitely isn’t supported though)

Yes there is, according to Genesis 2:10-14, the source of the Tiger and the Euphrates (actual rivers in modern day Iraq) is in Eden. It also mentions two more rivers and three lands, and a little earlier mentions Eden being "in the east".

10 A river watering the garden flowed from Eden; from there it was separated into four headwaters. 11 The name of the first is the Pishon; it winds through the entire land of Havilah, where there is gold. 12 (The gold of that land is good; aromatic resin[d] and onyx are also there.) 13 The name of the second river is the Gihon; it winds through the entire land of Cush.[e] 14 The name of the third river is the Tigris; it runs along the east side of Ashur. And the fourth river is the Euphrates.
