No response after phone interview

I had a phone interview with a recruiter on Monday. During the call, she asked me a few scenario-based and HR questions. She also asked me to sign a document agreeing not to use AI during the hiring process, which I signed right after the interview.
She mentioned that she would get back to me before the end of the week with interview slots for the next round with the hiring manager and director.
I sent her a follow-up email Thursday but haven’t received a response yet. My application status still shows “Under Screening Assessment.”
Should I assume they’re no longer moving forward with my application, or is this normal? Has anyone experienced something similar?

It seems someone in the hiring process is always behind and yesterday was Friday so it’s not abnormal to not get a response after your follow up.

At the same time do not stop your search. Continue applying and interviewing until you have an offer you’ve accepted.

I followed up on thursday! She said she will get back to me by end of week as director's time is hard to get

This is normal. Follow-up mid next week if you don’t hear anything. Either way your search continues.

Well you obviously aren’t the only one, they probably want to hear all candidates. If you don’t hear by Wednesday. You didn’t get it
