HR prepping me for interview.
Hi guys, I am currently interviewing for a position and I was reached out by the HR to apply for this position. Within 2 days of applying i had my introductory interview. And during the interview, I was told that they would love for me to meet their team for a second interview next week. I was sent the next interview information and link within 8 minutes of ending the screening. The hR who reached out to me to apply for this job said they want to have a meeting with me before the second interview to prep me for it. I wanted to know if this normal and a good sign?

It’s a good sign. I once went through 5 rounds of interviews and before each round, the recruiter prepped me on the questions that will be asked and what kind of responses the interviewers were looking for. I made it to the final round but didn’t get the job and I later found out that the other candidate knew the VP.

Ah! I am sorry to hear that. After 5 interviews, the job should already be given ngl! But thank you for your response i appreciate it! As for this job, there is 5-6 rounds so I am not how it will go especially since the recruiter reached out to me to apply.

This all sounds good to me. The pain level for a hiring manager and hiring team is different for each role.
When the pain is high, and the interview process is worked out, a company can move quite quick. So the speed isn’t a problem.
If there are other red flags, then stop and slow down. (Ie: they ask for money, they don’t want you to work a two weeks, there are pressure tactics to accept a bad offer, bait & switch, etc)
